Helnan Palace Hotel - Montaza Royal Gardens Alexandria , Adults Only

Room comfort, very friendly and supportive staff. The pool and greeneries are amazing.

Maybe the food is not 100% tasty but it is so good

delicious breakfast and nice staff supportive staff at beach and at reception

cleaned of beds

An absolutely wonderful stay from beginning to end. Everything was exceptional, the hotel is very well maintained, the location is great, peaceful and the team went above and beyond to make the experience special. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail from Nour, the housekeeper and Ziad at reception. Both were incredibly thoughtful, attentive and were able to made me feel very welcome from the moment I checked in. Younma, the Assistant Captain at the restaurant, was truly outstanding. She was warm and consistently attentive every single day, anticipating my needs at breakfast before I even had to ask + her smile always brightened my day. It’s the small details and the people who create a great hotel experience and this team really understood that. I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. Thank you to everyone for an exceptional experience. I will happily return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Price was cheap which is good, the bed was comfortable, a/c was good.

Wifi is bad, tv had only 1 channel, poor breakfast, old property needs renovation, I requested late checkout but reception didn't approve. The main entrance was blocked because of construction work.
