Comme dans les photos, c’est des immeuble et l’hôtel détient un étage à eux avec plusieurs chambres comme sur les photo ils ont plusieurs autres appartements dans les immeubles autour, heba étais très mignonnes avec nous, Ibrahim est exceptionnel ils nous a donner plusieurs bonnes adresse pour manger et étais avec nous tout le long de notre séjour, répond vite.

I had a very pleasant stay at El Montaza City Hotel, ideally located directly in front of Montazah Palace. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond their responsibilities, even assisting with arrangements such as parking by coordinating with the relevant personnel, despite this not being part of their core duties. The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and clearly managed with great attention to detail. Any requests were handled promptly and efficiently, reflecting a high level of responsiveness and care. I particularly appreciated the management’s proactive approach in seeking guest feedback to further enhance the quality of their services. Additionally, the view from the room was outstanding and greatly contributed to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

One suggestion for improvement would be to consider providing an official valet service. During my stay, I had to rely on local parking attendants, and there was an uncomfortable situation where I felt pressured to pay more than expected. Having a dedicated and trusted valet service arranged by the hotel would significantly enhance convenience and provide guests with greater peace of mind.
