Hospitality was top level . Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Food in breakfast may improve although it was convenient.

. Breakfast had variety selections and the food was excellent but there was no alternatives for lactose free options. The location was great because its close to the beach and sea

There was a musty smell in the room and it was very bad and we had problems breathing, we had the housekeepers came in and they cleaned the room but it temporarily mask the smell and it came back after and we reported it to the front desk what was disappointing was they did not switched the room. thats the other thing we booked online and paid by us dollars and requested for a king size and it was not unavailable upon arrival and yes it was upgraded to a room and we got two double beds the front desk replied we should call the hotel location to book the room. we are from Canada and we did not want to ruin out vacation because we were told that was the only option

Elegant place

Kindly keep in consideration to increase surface area of swimming pool that is from 120 to 160 cm , I could not swim Children should be restricted to kids area in swimming area

Reception staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location, the decors...etc very nice and the beach not bad.

AC had no heating (it's the second time i book this hotel and find the same issue), it caused a lot of humidity in the room and the bed sheets very damp and cold. Also somehow overpriced especially that there were literally like 3 couples in the whole hotels which was also a little bit depressing. i would have appreciated in such situation a sauna or internal pool.
