Villa con ampio appartamento nel centro di Tirrenia a 150 m dal mare, con spazioso giardino di oltre 1000 mq in zona tranquilla. Ideale posizione per la balneazione e per la visita delle città storiche toscane. (a 15 ' dall'aeroporto Galilei di Pisa).
Tirrenia è inserita nel Parco Regionale Migliarino San Rossore Massacciuccoli, dispone di due strutture di golf a 2 ' dalla residenza (Golf Club Tirrenia "9 buche", convenzionato con la struttura (omaggio: 2 green-fees), e Cosmopolitan Golf "18 buche"), di centri ippici, di acquapark, di centro vela e del porto turistico "Porto di Pisa" a 7 '. Nella stagione estiva dispone di un notevole programma di attività culturali, spettacoli ed iniziative sportive.
Nel periodo estivo (1.05 - 20.09) offriamo una postazione al Bagno Maddalena (a 120 mt dalla Villa) con 2 ombrelloni, 2 sdraio ed ingressi.

Dear Luigi,
I would like to thank you very much for hosting me with my family and friends at your very nice house in Tirrenia. We much appreciated your warm welcome together with Maria and assistance during our stay. All your suggestions in terms of restaurants, events and travel helped us a lot. The location for summer holiday is perfect with Sunlight Aqua Park and beautiful sandy beaches as well as many very good restaurants nearby. Our kids were very happy in Tirrenia and said that hopefully we will come back someday. All of us enjoyed our holidays at Comfort Zone, especially the lovely garden and evening dinners with fantastic local wine and food. I hope we will stay in touch and return to Tirrenia in the nearest future.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, im Garten drumherum kann man wunderbar sitzen und essen. Die Wirtsleute sind ganz reizend und das Meer ist nah. Kann man nur empfehlen!
