Great location, with the sea just across the street. It’s also only a 5-minute walk to the tram that takes you directly to the airport. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a lovely balcony for breakfast and coffee with garden view, where you can hear the birds and the sea. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The biggest advantage of this apartment is the host! Danielle is an incredibly warm and caring person. She responds quickly to messages and is always ready to help with anything you need. She welcomed us with coffee, milk, and a bottle of French wine. On our last day, she even brought us fresh croissants for breakfast. That made our day! We felt not only welcomed, but truly cared for — almost like staying in a full-service hotel. I can honestly recommend this place to everyone.

Tout ! logement pratique , fonctionnel et très propre / très bien situé : près du centre de nice , proche des transports en commun et surtout face à la promenade des anglais . Mise à disposition de serviettes de plage / parasol … rien à prévoir tout est sur place . Accueil très chaleureux / petites attentions et grande gentillesse de la propriétaire. ++++++++
