This coachhouse is just wonderful set in the most amazing land. It is absolutely idillic. So much greenery that is quite simply good for the soul! We spent two nights here as a small family (but plenty of room for a bigger family) to visit Edinburgh but not stay in the city centre so our two pugs had somewhere nice to walk etc. We had a peaceful stay with lots of space to walk and enjoy. We honestly had the most perfect stay.

Nothing we didn’t like. Just to alert the owners - The shower room in the en-suite leaked all over the floor as there is no seal along the bottom of the shower screen. Not an issue for me at all but wasted clean towels mopping up the excess water.

Secluded Coach house in the grounds of Ratho Hall,is well equipped with everything needed,all rooms very spacious. Great location for park and ride to Edinburgh and good road links to other locations. Grounds have paddock with donkey and pony,and tree house, climbing frames and tennis court(needs a clean) Union canal Adjacent to property so good for walks. Bridge Inn pub overlooks canal and has good meals drinks and bar snacks .

Beautiful lodge in a beautiful location. The house is bigger than expected ... lovely to be secluded yet be so close to everything . The house was lovely and warm on arrival and with everything we needed for our stay. Games in the cupboard (wish we had found them the first night) Fresh milk in the fridge.
