The hosts were amazing, they provided everything we could need, as well as stuff for breakfast. The accommodation had plenty of books and games and it was a gorgeous
Not that we didn’t like it but be aware when you’re booking that it’s a bit out of the way, you need to have a car. But there’s plenty of buses near by to take you into the centre so you can park and ride very easily

The cottage was great with generous-sized rooms, a comfortable bed, and lovely views at the back. The hosts, Dawn and Richard, made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The location is absolutely ideal for visiting Edinburgh and for walking in the Pentland Hills. Highly recommended!
