Hôtel du Roussillon

I was in Paris for the first time and by myself. I am more than happy that I chose this hotel. Location of the hotel is next to the metro station with 3 different lines, I could go anywhere in 20 minutes. Also the area is peaceful and feels safe. Price is one of the lowest for this level of quality in that part of Paris. I had to pay deposit on arrival which was around 90€. Amount of the deposit is the same as 1 night in the hotel, I was there by the end of march of 2026,k. Right after my stay finished I RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK. Also everything was written down on the receipt and a copy of it was given to me. Employees are really polite, professional and helpful. I was nicely instructed about the rules of the hotel and how the hotel works. I was informed about everything essential needed. Even when I needed some tips and advice they had no problem helping me. Yes, the staircase is narrow and maybe steep for someone. But let's be honest... are you going to spend the whole day running on that staircase? I left in the morning and came late at night, I NEVER CONSIDERED THE STAIRCASE AS THE PROBLEM AND MY ROOM WAS AT THE TOP FLOOR. If you do, go to the gym. :) Even with luggage, you carry it up twice, when you arrive and when you leave the hotel. You have to be careful with it but it's nothing impossible.

It's not a problem if you are responsible traveller. Bring your own shampoo, toothpaste and soap just in case. And also if you can be easily woken up by the outside noise, it may be troubling for you. But that depends on the neighbours.

Staff were to the point and helpful. A quiet side street very well located near a major metro interchange. Comfy room, everything clean

Wifi was patchy and hard to connect to, and the shower head holder was broken

Lieliska atrašanās vieta klusā šķērsielā 5 min pastaigas attālumā no 3 metro līnijām. Blakus bulanžērija, vairāki nacionālo virtuvju restorāni, liels iepirkšanās centrs un liels Carrefore veikals. Istaba neliela, bet pietiekama 2 cilvēkiem. Vasarā drēbēm pietika vietas skapī, tomēr ziemā virsdrēbēm vietas nepietiktu. Būtu labi, ja kaut kur blakus durvīm būtu āķi drēbju pakāršanai. Pie sienas tieši bija brīva vieta. Ērta gulta.

Iebraukšanas dienā savā istabā tikām tikai mazliet pirms 5 vakarā, jo uzkopšana stipri ievilkās. Tas bija diezgan nepatīkami, jo pēc ceļa bijām stipri nogurušas.Tualetes izlietnē bija slikti pieskrūvēts ūdens krāns, tāpēc to nebija iespējams attaisīt/aiztaisīt ar vienu roku. Meitene no recepcijas mēģināja to pieskrūvēt stingrāk, bet viņai tas neizdevās pārāk labi. Nodauzīts spoguļa stūris. Otrās dienas vakarā sabojājās tējkanna, bet pāris stundu laikā iedeva citu.
