It felt like home. This was the second time I stayed there and I’m definitely coming back. The bed was comfortable. The studio was always clean. The staff were very kind, including the cleaning staff. The atmosphere in the area was perfect for me, quite bohemian and progressive. I love all the little bistros and gorgeous cafes. I went to the art deco swimming pool, which was incredibly cheap and I loved it. I will be returning.
The heatwave, which thankfully went during my second stay.

Unterkunft sehr gut, bequeme Matratze. Liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Mitten in einem lebhaften Viertel mit Bars und Restaurants. Kann am Abend auch mal laut werden, fanden wir aber nicht störend.

Situation géographique, propreté, confort
Nous avons séjourné en période de canicule donc nécessité d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit. Malheureusement la rue de la résidence est bordée de restaurants avec terrasses qui sont très animées jusqu'à passé minuit, avec musiciens et groupes bruyants de personnes. Les fenêtres fermées c'était correct mais trop chaud malgré le ventilateur mis à disposition. Les fenêtres ouvertes c'était une horreur sonore. Mais non imputable à la résidence...

Location is a quiet neighbourhood with nice street art and food.
Staff were friendly and the place is very clean.
Was locked out one night due to card failure, and also a power trip happened to the building at a very late night. The staff rushed down promptly from home to rectify the issue.
No air conditioning - horrible if it’s during the hot summer. We were provided a small fan, which was not sufficient to circulate air in the room. The room is fine if it’s not on a hot day.
No lifts - you gotta carry the heavy luggage up and down, if there’s no one around to help.
