The room is very small; the toilet and shower are only suitable for petite guests. The bed and mattress are old, with a hard, outdated type of padding that feels uncomfortable and itchy to sleep on. The blanket is old and thin (even though the temperature during my stay at night was 7–9°C). The staircase is narrow and dark, making it easy to trip and fall (a warning for guests carrying backpacks and staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor). The deposit information was not clearly mentioned in advance when booking online, and I had to pay extra upon arrival. If you leave early, there is no receptionist — guests have to leave the key themselves and exit the hotel. The internet is very inconvenient because each time you use it, you have to log in again with your email and password. The information on Agoda is inaccurate compared to reality. Genuine reviews are pushed far down, making it hard for customers to scroll and read them, while the top reviews seem like fake ones. Overall, this place is terrible, and I want to warn others who are about to book here!
