Very good breakfast lots of choice. Liked the cereal and nuts and choice of drinks.
In our room would have preferred proper cups rather than paper ones. Also not enough breakfast tea bags

Helpful staff. Good size rooms and clean and in the perfect location for where we wanted to be
Rooms not ready for check in at 2pm it was gone 3pm. Lift not working for the first 36 hours and in the heat of 40 degrees on the third floor not great. Said we could all have late check out but on the actual day we could only have one room for a hour and a half the other two rooms they wanted back. Some comfortable chairs or sofas instead of the uncomfortable furniture they have in reception would be good. Air-conditioning did very little to cool the rooms

"This hotel went above, on check in given water bottles to feel with fresh cold water, on the last day the hotel looked after suitcases so we could enjoy the city for the last day
