L'endroit était magique, mieux que sur les photographies de votre site. La vue à couper le souffle dont je ne me suis pas lassé de contempler jour et nuit Le lieu était parfait pour recevoir en toute tranquillité sa famille et passer de bonnes vacances L'hôte nous a donné les clés de a maison en nous expliquant parfaitement son fonctionnement et les diverses activités et loisirs environnants. Tout était parfait, piscine, petite salle de sport extérieure , barbecue. Très proche des criques aux eaux cristallines et à 5 minutes à voiture de très bons restaurants de la ville de Santa Flavia ou Bagheria. Merci Manola mes enfants et moi avons apprécié notre séjour

However, a few small things that were a little annoying: - there is no dishwasher - it's the 21st century after all. Hard water - install a filter and softener. - the owners ask you to sort your garbage, while in the entire area of ​​the town of Santa Flavia (as in all of Sicily) - there are entire garbage dumps on the streets. It seems that Sicilians sort their garbage and then throw it right into the street. Incomprehensible. - the grill area is beautifully done, with an open fire, a gas stove, and a pizza oven. Only that stove doesn't turn on, and there is no pizza topper next to the oven. - The pool railing is barely alive, I'm afraid it will break.

Villa di Sofia is a well appointed, well equipped, well maintained and beautiful place to stay, with classic views over Capo Zafferano and down towards Santa Flavia and Porticello . We were met on arrival and given a full and friendly tour of the house and all the facilities, including hot tub, pool and outdoor gym area. The house was well designed and well decorated throughout with some original art work of nearby views, to add to the character. The terrace ( ideal for eating outside) places you above the sea with uninterrupted views across the bay towards Cefalu and you can watch fishing boats and leisure craft as they make their way along the coast. The gardener came almost every day to look after the pool and care for the many flowers, shrubs and structural planning around the property. We had timely responses to questions we raised during our stay and a hassle free inspection and check out with the owner. Booking Villa di Sofia early in the season, also gave us the benefit of warm, comfortable weather. Would happily recommend.

These are not major problems. 1) The Internet was down during our stay, but this was a fault in the area that the internet provider promised to fix, but did not. Our hosts messaged them several times on our behalf and did all they could to resolve. 2) A little care is needed in the showers of both bathrooms as the filters need to be checked and cleared often.

Beautiful location, stunning views, lovely garden, not too far from Palermo.
