We loved the apartment! There is more than one apartment in the property and we were assigned to the one that does not have a terrace, it has a big living room and two nice bedrooms, which helps a lot when you are on holidays as it makes it more comfortable to have a lot of space. Fulvio and Claudia’s service was fantastic, they were really prompt to help whenever we needed. The apartment is very close to the historic centre, you can quickly walk to Quattro Canti, Palermo’s Cathedral etc. and there are many bars and restaurants with delicious Sicilian food around!

The apartment was huge and very comfortable. It was light and quiet. The host Fulvio was extremely friendly, welcoming and generous with the arrivals package and good information on the locality and restaurants. The locality was very interesting and a good base for exploring the city - all within walking distance. The apartment was only 10 minutes walk to the bus and train stations.

This apartment would not be suitable for anyone for whom stairs are a problem as it is on the 3rd floor. We are a couple of fairly fit 70 year olds and it was fine for us.

Dimore de la Rosa exceeded all our expectations. Until you arrive there you do not get the real sense of historical grandeur of the apartments and the beauty of the interiors. We were a party of 8 (4 couples) sharing the two partments and the space we had was amazing. From the 4 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to the 2 well equipped kitchens. All was spotless, the beds comfortable and the facilities promised were all there. The hosts Fulvio and Claudia were kind, generous and couldn't do enough for us with help organising a taxi for our airport transfers & a day trip to Mondello. The views from all the bedrooms are lovely but the outside terrace is truly stunning and we enjoyed relaxing at the end of our busy days with a glass of Prosecco whilst the sun went down. We enjoyed street food at Vucciria Market and had two lovely meals in Kalsa near to the apartment - both recommened by Fulvio and both excellent. We all fell in love with Palermo and the people and our stay at Dimore de la Rosa only added to this special trip.
