Palazzo Ventimiglia Lodge & Suites

Breakfast was in a near by cafe, couple of minutes walking from Palazzo. Breakfast was pretty simple, few pastries and a coffee. Our room was setup with a kitchen, which was not necessary for us. Accommodations were roomy, and clean. Out host Gianlucca was very pleasant, engaging and made us feel welcome into Palermo. He also provided a number restaurants recommendations and helped with arranging our taxi ride to the airport.

Also location of this Palazzo is convenient for exploring Palermo, there was a lot of noise near our hotel and very loud noises and banging coming from the street, which we heard in the middle of the night.

Good communication from Gianluca prior to arrival, he arranged car parking for us , which all worked really well, he arranged for someone to meet us at the agreed meeting location, helped us to find the apartment and it was really nice and spacious in one of the historic buildings inn the centre of Palermo. It's location couldn't be better for seeing the main sights in Palermo. His representative also recommended local restaurants and wine bars and advised us areas to avoid at night. The recommendations were first class. We had an excellent stay in the city. The apartment was quiet and stylishly furnished, it had everything you'd need. We were also able to agree a late checkout at nominal cost.

It was conveniently located in old town and was an easy walk to most everything. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pull out sofa bed was comfortable.I wish there were more windows in our room, but it’s still very bright and open.

Having a car to park was a bit complicated even though they have a lot that they work with. Sandro at the PV was very helpful though and we appreciated his coordination of everything.

The location was good and it was very clean.

Two things. Firstly, there had been a leak and it was very damp. Secondly, i thought it was an apartment with its own front door. However, a space in the building has converted into a multi occupancy space with three self contained rooms leading off an office space.
