First of all, I want to mention an amazing manager Gianluca. He was very helpful, friendly, communication with him was absolutely perfect. The apartment is central located on the main street (a lot of cafes and restaurants), but it was quite. The apartment was big, good equipped and enough comfort. It is on the second floor, but there is a lift, so no problems for anyone. The continental breakfast is served in the nearest cafe (~100 m). Highly recommended.
I would recommend adding more light to a main room.

The apartment is very comfortable and prefect for a family of 3. It is extremely clean (the bed sheets smell amazing) and in a very central location. The staff is lovely.
It is very noisy and we had to wait quite a bit upon arrival in the evening for someone to come and park our car. It was tiring with a young child.
Also the apartment is quite pricey for what it is, but like anywhere else in Sicily.

The location was good and it was very clean.
Two things. Firstly, there had been a leak and it was very damp. Secondly, i thought it was an apartment with its own front door. However, a space in the building has converted into a multi occupancy space with three self contained rooms leading off an office space.
