Appartamento Fonderia davvero grande, camere spaziose con bagno privato. Sala comune accogliente con bella vista sul porto.

Purtroppo in cucina mancano elettrodomestici fondamentali come un microonde e una macchinetta del caffè.

L’appartamento è in una posizione comodissima e molto ampio. I letti sono molto comodi. Le modalità di check-in sono semplici e vengono fornite tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ringraziamo anche il ragazzo che ci ha permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo.

Nel complesso tutto bene, a parte dei piccoli problemi di scarico dell’acqua in un bagno, in quanto l’acqua non defluiva correttamente.

1. I liked how easy it was to meet with the host at the beginning, to get the keys. 2. I liked the big space on the bedrooms and the location. (15 min walking distance from downtown)

Communication with the host (Wonderful Italy) was very poor. Every time I asked a question, it often took them a full day or more to respond. I also felt uncomfortable—and even somewhat threatened—when they requested information they claimed was missing. This was surprising, as the host had already taken photos of all our documents at check-in. Telling me that I was missing information and that they would report me to the police if I didn’t provide it was extremely rude and made me feel anxious. The air conditioning did not work, and this issue was reported from the very first day. The host repeatedly responded with instructions on how to “fix” it and asked for photos and videos of the problem. After sending everything twice (due to their delayed responses—sometimes two days later), they finally said they would send a technician. A few hours later, I followed up to ask what the technician said. The host replied that the problem couldn't be fixed—this was just one day before our departure. The kitchen was poorly equipped, although this didn’t bother us much since we ate all our meals out.
