About this villa rental
The villa features very spacious and comfortable rooms. During your stay, you’ll enjoy not only peace, quiet, and tranquility but also a breathtaking view of the sea.
The house features spacious areas spread across multiple levels, with three bathrooms—each serving a bedroom—and two kitchens, allowing you to enjoy breakfast in different areas and on the house’s verandas.
The villa is located in Trabia, a small village 25 km from Palermo, 40 km from Falcone and Borsellino Airport, and 30 km from the seaside resort of Cefalù.
Just a short walk from the villa is San Nicola l’Arena, an ancient village once home to sailors and now a marina featuring attractions, boat rentals, traditional restaurants, and local street food.
Nearby, about 1.5 km away, Vetrana Beach offers a beautiful stretch of sand where you can enjoy the beach club and its splendid restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea.
For a fee, you can access the Olympic-sized swimming pool and tennis courts at the Torre Artale complex, located 50 meters from the villa.
Logistically, the villa is very convenient for exploring other places as well, such as the medieval town of Caccamo, Castelbuono, the Tiberio Gorges, Cefalù, and downtown Palermo with its markets—all easily accessible by train from the San Nicola l’Arena station.
We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get around easily and explore many places, from the coast to the mountains.

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures! My family loved our time there and didn’t want to leave! The hosts were also incredibly helpful, and made check-in/check-out very simple. We hope to stay here again one day. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the villa. The kitchen was very well equiped and the hosts were incredibly nice and easy to get in touch with. Definately recommend staying there.

Stayed for 10 days in late September and had the best time. The villa was everything we expected with fantastic views and felt like a home away from home.

The property was clean and as described in the photos. Key handover and drop-off were straightforward and quick. The house is not located near the coast as described in the advertisement, but over 3 km further up in the mountains. A car is therefore essential.
