Bra bemötande av personal. Gångavstånd till allt, inklusive slottsruinen och Solliden.

Det finns ingen inbyggd ventilation vad jag märkte. För att få ordning på luften var enda sättet att öppna dörr/fönster, vilket inte var ett alternativ för mig då jag har lätt spindelfobi. Spindlar fanns det såklart inomhus ändå. Ingen överraskning i den här typen av boende, men ändå en olägenhet för mig. Att installera ventilation i badrummet hade varit smart eftersom att fukten sätter sig i sängkläder, handdukar, m.m. OM man nu inte öppnar fönstrar och dörr, men då får man naturligtvis in spindlar och eventuellt fästingar.

Too expensive, hidden fees.

We had to pay extra for sheets and towels (100SEK pp.), something we hadn't gotten information about when we booked the room. Also, we had to do the cleaning ourselves, to avoid a cleaning fee of 800SEK, this was also not informed about at the time of the booking. Our room ended up costing us 2100SEK and we had to clean ourselves, this felt very expensive, considering the standard of the room and that there was no breakfast included.

Hyggelig vert, koselig hus, mye party i gatene

Bra beliggenhet, mange restauranter og barer og mye liv. Koselige butikker.

Høy musikk til kl 02.30 på natten fra nattklubbene forstyrret nattesøvnen. Beliggenheten ved parken gjorde at vi ble vekket tidlig av gressklippere og maskiner.

Vi är överlag väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och kan absolut tänka oss att boka detta boende igen!

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och bodde 3 vuxna personer i rummet som kallades Verandan som är ett rum med egen uteplats och egen toalett och dusch i hallen utanför rummet. Kjell kom och mötte upp och visade oss till rummet och gav oss all viktig info vi behövde och var väldigt trevlig. Boendet ligger perfekt med gångavstånd till hamn, centrum och Borgholms slott och Solliden. Allt som behövdes för ett självhushåll fanns i rummet, kyl, frys, spis och nödvändiga husgeråd. Det var helt, rent och välstädat!

Standarden på boendet är lite gammalmodigt men speglas tydligt i de bilder som boendet har i sin annons och var därför som vi förväntade oss och heller inget problem.

Superbra läge nära Borgholm centrum

Mkt tillmötesgående värd Kjelle, som personligen visade lägenheten och gav relevant info vid incheckning. Sekelskifteshudet bjöd på gammalt och nytt. Badrummen troligen renoverade senaste åren. DeLonghi espressomaskin var ett oväntat plus.

Vi hittade inget sopkärl för plast och metall, det hade varit bra. Ljudnivå från närliggande uteställen märktes av men knappast något man kan klandra boendet för.

A nice Swedish house and villa apartment. We were upgraded to much better, nice apartment with little outdoor seating and own large garden. Very central. Host very nice. Both filter and nespresso capsule coffe machines. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (no hairdryer).

Läget var bra. Nära till sevärdheter och ändå centralt. Värden var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Sängkläderna fräscha och rent i lägenheten.

Enda negativa var att det kunde ha funnits en toalett till som man hade tillgång till då vi var 4 personer som delade på ett badrum/toalett

En lummig oas

Villa Verdi är ett pittoreskt inslag i Borgholm stad. Vackert med tinnar o torn och härliga trädgårdar. Lummigt o grönt.Vår trevliga värd Kjelle välkomnade oss på bästa sätt och man känner dig väldigt välkommen.Smidig in och utcheckning är oxå ett stort plus.Vi återkommer gärna.Allt gott /Annika o Peter Åkesson

Host was very welcoming, rooms were nice. Many more facilities (ie garden and BBQ) than we had time to use.

Our stay was short, so the only negative we had was difficult parking. And it's a seaside town, so that's too be expected. The price was high for us, but we were not the full number the apartment could host.

Excellently located self-catering apartment in the Öland town with most facilities

Good sized apartment with garden located right by the town park. Very short walks to the harbour and the town centre. Easy car parking. All expected equipment present. Helpful hosts with good availability. A shame I couldn't stay longer.
