Beste Lage und ein hervorragendes Frühstück.

Das Best-Western-Hotel in Kalmar liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Dadurch ist es sehr gut (< 10 Minuten) zu Fuß vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen und man hat alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub vor Ort: Supermarkt, zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés (ein sehr gutes direkt gegenüber). Es eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, z.B. zum Kalmarer Schloss oder zur Halbinsel Stensö. Nur 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt kann man Kajaks ausleihen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sensationelle Frühstück im Hotel.

Es gibt Kleinigkeiten zu kritisieren: Die Betten sind ziemlich weich. Der Toilettensitz wirkte billig. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, was in einer Nacht Probleme machte, weil die Nachbarn im Stock darüber die Wände zum Wackeln gebracht haben,

I would stay at this comfortable hotel again.

Good shower and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good with good coffee. The front desk staff were very helpful in suggesting places to walk to in the city.

Mooi centraal gelegen hotel

De centrale locatie was top.Tevens keurig hotel, met uitstekend ontbijt. Heel aardig personeel, mooie kamer.

Wij hadden de junior suite, bovenste verdieping. Daar was het erg warm, er was een airco maar die kon het niet aan. Wel stonden er twee ventilatoren, wat zeker hielp.

Gut eingerichtetes Hotel an zentraler Lage, 5 min. vom Bahnhof, nahe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend, mit einer riesigen Auswahl, auch lokaler Spezialitäten.

Hôtel très bien situé, les principaux points d'intérêt de Kalmar sont tous accessibles à pied. Très confortable, avec un excellent service (par exemple, cafetière à disposition en libre service gratuit près de la réception, avec même des petits gâteaux). Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est d'une très grande variété et de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est aimable et accueillant.

Je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait être encore amélioré...

Rum mot gatan som var livlig på natten . De kunde ju informerat om att det fanns ett snöre att dra i när man skulle ut från garaget.

Fräscht och fint hotell, med supergod frukost.

Frukosten var fantastisk! Allt fanns. Även om kaffet var lite för svagt. Trevlig och serviceminded personal. Man kunde köpa ett hyfsat glas vin till ett rimligt pris i receptionen, och där fanns mysiga soffor att sitta i.

Som på så många hotellrum, så saknades även här krokar och hyllor eller liknade att kunna lägga lite saker på. Stora och outnyttjade väggar fanns. Sängborden var väldigt små, inte mkt man kunde lägga ifrån sig där.
