Rymlig lägenhet men saknade någon ansvarig.

Lugnt och bra område. Välutrustad och modern lägenhet. Dessutom rymlig!

Vi kom dit 4/9-2025, vi fick inte tag på någon personal, inte ens när vi ville veta var vårt rum låg. Det var lite "lurigt" med numret. Vi fick fråga andra rumsgäster. Det framgick på hemsidan, men där kollade inte vi. Det stod skyltat att restaurangen skulle vara öppen fredagkväll och lördagkväll. Även i informationen som låg på rummet beskrevs hur god mat de hade. Men där var det igenbommat! DÅLIG STIL!

Bra boende men dålig restaurang

Fint hus i bra läge. Allt fungerade bra och personalen var trevlig.

Har inte med boendet att göra men vi köpte pizza i restaurangen och fick vänta länge. Några av pizzorna hade gjorts tidigt och fick vänta länge så att de var kalla när vi fick dem och trots det var de inte färdigbakta utan mer eller mindre råa i mitten.

Uringeruch (Hund des Gastes vor uns?) kam vom Teppich, dieser war mit 20er Teppich abgedeckt, daher mal mehr oder weniger stark bemerkt. Ursache erst am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes zweifelsfrei festgestellt.

Schönes Appartment- top, Service vor Ort- flop

Schönes Appartement, super Lage, Ausblick aufs Meer , schöne Spaziergänge an der Küste. Guter Ausgangsort um Öland zu erkunden

Leider ist niemand von der Rezeption vor Ort und wir standen um kurz vor 17 h vor der verschlossenenen Schlüsselbox , da wir trotz Mail unsererseits keinen Keycode zugeschickt bekamen. Die in der Rezeption angegebene Telefonnummer war ein Anrufbeantworter auf schwedisch. Wir haben ca. 1 Stunde vergeblich versucht Kontakt mit dem Betreiber aufzunehmen, sowohl per Message, AB oder Email - wir haben bis heute keine Antwort erhalten :((( Mittlerweile war ein 2. Pärchen angekommen, denen es genauso ging, kein Keycode. Wir haben dann den englischen Booking.com Kundenservice kontaktiert, der deutsche war überlastet. Dieser Kundenservice hat uns schließlich weitergeholfen, sodass wir 90 Min. nach unserer Ankunft endlich in unser Appartement konnten. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön, aber es ist unmöglich, dass bei Problemen kein Ansprechpartner erreichbar ist.

Natur und Ruhe pur auf Öland direkt am Kalmarsund

Die direkte Lage am Meer ist der absolute Hammer. Dazu ist es sehr ruhig. Die Lage lädt zum Wald- oder Strandspaziergang ein. Von Stora Frögarden aus kann man prima Ausflüge auf ganz Öland unternehmen. Die Ausstattung der Häuser ist großartig: Waschmaschine, super schnelles WLAN (Glasfaser). Die Endreinigung war inklusive.

Zu Beginn gab es einen kleinen Schreck, weil wir keinen Code für den Schlüssel-Safe erhalten hatten und weder Rezeption noch das die angegebene Telefonnummer besetzt waren. Geholfen hat uns dann eine andere Mieterin, die eine Handynummer von ihrem Check-In hatte, über die wir sofort Hilfe bekamen. Auf meinen Kontaktversuch über den Booking-Chat hat sich wenige Minuten später aber dan auch noch jemand gemeldet - insofern alles in Ordnung. Das war aber auch das einzige was nicht perfekt lief.

Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge 🌅

Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und ein schönes Städtchen 7 Kilometer entfernt „Mörylånga“ ….wir haben schöne Radtouren unternommen! Die Anlage ist nicht groß, direkt am Wasser und unser Appartement war großzügig und gut eingerichtet… wir haben uns Wohlgefühl … ein Schwachpunkt von Booking COM ist sicherlich die Reise mit Hund ! In nicht allen Appartements sind Hunde gestattet … im Netz hatte ich gelesen das unser gebuchtes Appartment nicht für Hunde gestattet war … warum wird das Appartement unter Booking com angeboten? Wenn man zuvor im Filter „Haustiere erlaubt“ eingegeben hat ???nachdem ich das gemeldet hatte , hieß es kein Problem…in ihren Appartement ist der Hund willkommen…. Nach 1060 Kilometern Anfahrt , dann ein Problem… Hund nicht gestattet … nach Telefonaten und meinem Schriftverkehr, dann die Ausnahme …Gottseidank … der Verwalter war sehr nett und der Urlaub gerettet … im Innenhof gibt es ein kleines Restaurant, mit Pizzen und Burgern und Fish und Chips … Nettes Personal …wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier richtig ….

Dusche ist ohne Wannenboden ! Tücher um das Wasser zu stoppen- Fehlanzeige- ! Gottseidank hatten wir privat genügend Badetücher dabei ! Sitzkissen auf der Veranda wären schön … sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden:)

Séjour à Öland

Ensemble de petites maisons très bien disposées sur un terrain vue mer. Chaque maison dispose de sa propre terrasse. Les équipements varient d une maison à l autre , la nôtre , numéro 3, était propre et bien aménagée avec tout le confort attendu. Personnel très jeune et désengagé. Restaurant pratique sur une courette agréable mais cuisine sans intérêt. Accès à une plage avec baignade possible, bancs et fabuleux couchers de soleil. Localisation pratique entre le sud et le nord de l île.

Fantastisk lägenhet i idyllisk omgivning

Fantastiskt bra lägenhet. Stor och nyrenoverad. Riktigt bra utrustad och underbar utsikt från vår balkong.

Att restaurangen inte meddelade att dom var fullbokade på lördag. Ett anslag någonstans så att vi hade kunnat planera lite bättre. (Tyvärr var det algblomning så vi inte ville bada på plats men vi åkte över till andra sidan ön där vattnet var klart och fint. Men det kan vi inte klandra boendet för såklart)

Wunderschöne Anlage auf Öland mit Ausblick auf das Meer.

Unsere Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Der Ausblick und der kurze Weg zum Meer sind wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Anlage gibt es auch ein Restaurant mit ausgezeichneten Pizzen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Sie ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge auf Öland.

Trevligt boende på fin plats

Mycket fin lägenhet och fint läge! Fräscht och med alla faciliteter i kök och bad. Balkong med väldigt mysigt läge. Bra restaurang precis intill. Jag hyrde lägenheten för barn och barnbarn, bor själv i närheten och bodde därför inte i lägenheten. Och så finns det ett spöke som visar sig mitt på dagen, bara en sån sak!

Kunde kanske vara lite mer sittmöbler i lägenheten.

Ett härligt ställe för fågelskådare och andra mitt i grönskan.

Ordnade egen frukost, men åt en god pizzabuffe' på restaurangen. Det var väldigt hög kvalite' i lägenheterna.

Trodde att det inte var så långt från busshållplatsen. Det krävs nästan bil eller väldigt pigga ben. Det kanske fanns upplysning om det som vi missade Ledstänger till andra våningen i stora huset gick inte ända upp. En löjlig detalj när man är ung och rask, men viktig när man har svårt att gå. Trots att det var både regnigt och mycket blåsigt hade vi en lyckad familjehelg.

Jättefin lägenhet och välutrustad med fin uteplats samt parkering. Skönt att ha nära till h av vet och vakta solnedgångar. Att frögården erbjuder frukost och middag vissa dagar gör det optimalt då du kanske inte vill laga själv varje dag.

Tolle Lage am Meer, gute Raumaufteilung, bequeme Betten, Waschmaschine vorhanden

Es war leider nicht sauber und wir mussten erst mal selber putzen. Haben es gemeldet und der Chef war selber schockiert. Die Endreinigung wurde uns dann erlassen. In den Schlafzimmerschränken stehen Bilder und Bücherkisten, in der Küche viele alte Lebensmittel und abgelaufene Arzneimittel und im Bad leere Waschmittelpackungen und Duschgelflaschen. Noch ein Hinweis für folgende Gäste: es gibt keinen Föhn

Ved ankomst var der 10 grader i huset. Med temperatur udenfor omkring frysepunktet var der først ordentlig varme dagen efter. Varmeblæseren i stuen larmer - kan høres i soveværelset, og hænger lige over sofaen, hvorfor den generer, når man sidder ved tv’et om aftenen. Der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent ved ankomst. Ulækkert toilet, krummer på køkkenbordet m.m. Strømmen til ovn og blæser røg midt i madlavningen, så da personalet havde været forbi og lave det, stod vi med kold aftensmad…

We reached approx. 4:30 p.m. this hotel. Beforehand, I spoke to the owner on the phone about today's situation - arrival, bed sheet and dog. My sons were shocked that firstly, no bed sheets are included in the price (either take it yourself or rent, SEK169 x 3 people = SEK 507 total) and the strange behavior of the owner because of the dog. He had to ask about the dog. He didn't know if it was possible at the time of the phone call. That's why one of my sons already wanted to spend the night in the car. When I told the owner, he only said that he could do that quietly! When we arrived, we waited for the owner to arrive. He showed us the house. In doing so, he made remarks that must be adhered to: - Take off your shoes before entering the house. - Dog is not allowed to sit on the sofa. Note: everything is kept in white (incl. sofa and pillows) and can get dirty accordingly quickly. - Bed linen is extra and must be paid additionally. - There is a list of what may and may not be done and how the final cleaning must be done. Otherwise, he requires additional for the final cleaning. Summary: - We are only in this accommodation for 2 days. Take bed linen with you or pay for it is exaggerated. I didn't read anything when booking either. - Final cleaning: List of requirements exists. You have to clean and if that's not enough, you clean and you have to pay for it. That's in these house rules. - Thing with the dog: it is allowed on your website. If you arrive, you are undesirable with a dog. - The owner says you don't have to stay. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit noch tollerer Lage!

Die Lage ist ein Traum…mehr schwedischen Flair geht nicht! Dazu alles sauber, modern und alles vorhanden was man braucht zur Selbstversorgung! Das Bett ist auch erste Klasse und man will gar nicht mehr aufstehen!

Tolle Lage, optimal für den Urlaub.

Tolle ruhige Lage. Schöner Blick auf den Kalmarsund. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bei den Unterkünften gibt es auch ein Restaurant. Wir hatten wohl (ausnahmsweise) den Fall, dass im Restaurant bis morgens um 4 Uhr gefeiert wurde und einzelne Gäste unser Nachtruhe störten.

Nice place and atmosphere, suitable for a few nights or more

Nice place with a direct access to the sea. The appartement was very new and cosy.

On the costs side, unfortunately the bed sheets were not included in the price quoted on the booking website, we also had to pay for the towels and breakfast. All this makes quite a difference in the decision to stay or not. It'a about transparency of costs. This makes it more expensive than to stay in a good hotel, therefore this type of accommodation is only relevant if you stay for a few nights.

1. No curtain on the living room glass wall which facing west, bad privacy and super hot during afternoon (No air condition) 2. NO toilet paper! come on, I paid 3K+ SEK/night and without toilet paper! 3. the apartment close to beach, but the sea is not very clean, smelly!
