Good Location, service, personnel and clean room
The bed was too soft. We prefer medium to hard bed. We did not sleep properly.

Room was tiny, but had everything I needed: bed, desk, chair and hangers.
Breakfast was a good spread, nothing was missing from here, but I would have enjoyed a bit more variety of fresh fruit.
Location is excellent, directly in the center. Easy access to everything.
Spa was very relaxing.
I was not expecting to have to pay extra for the spa usage, so that was a bit unfortunate, when other hotels in the area include it. There were no timers in the saunas, so not knowing how long you have been in there...
The coffee at breakfast was only pre-prepared, I would have expected a coffee machine with milk-added options for such an up-market hotel.

Wonderful hotel centrally located in the main square of quaint Kalmar. Outstanding breakfast, and very nice spa facility. limited parking at hotel, but plenty of municipal lots just a few blocks away.
Very nice overall. No complaints.

The location is perfect to walk everywhere, close proximity to restaurants and main attractions. The hotel restaurant had good dinner options given a lot of the restaurants close early.
The breakfast ended a bit too early, when on holiday and you want to sleep in you'd need wake up early to make breakfast. Which is a bit too early for me.
