Trevlig atmosfär, varmt välkomnande.

Frukost var kaos. För många kom samtidigt. Tråkigt, för restaurang och utbud skulle kunna upplevas mer positivt om ”alla” inte kom samtidigt. Kanske kunnat föranmäla sig till vissa slot tider?

Allt på hotellet var bra, nära till slottet som vi besökte på fredag kvällen efter AW. Frukosten var perfekt och god, det fanns allt vi kunde önska oss så vi var mätta och belåtna. Vi har tillbringat en helg på Skogs SM vid Kalmar naturbruksgymnasium.

Gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Gute Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang, kleines aber ausreichendes Einzelzimmer. Restaurant/ Bar im Innenhof. Gutes Frühstück.

Das Badezimmer sollte dringend mal renoviert werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sehr eingeschränkt. Lange Wege mit dem Gepäck durch das Treppenhaus wenn man ganz oben wohnt.

Utrolig hyggeligt hotel - Perfekt beliggenhed tæt på centrum og Kalmar slot. Dejligt gårdhave med super stemning og bar med udskænkning. Lækker morgenbuffet. Værelser af ældre dato så lidt slidte.

Mysfaktorn på hotellet överväger dock den störiga musiken

Läget är bra , tycker om den den gamla stilen och att inte allt ser lika dant ut. Mysig trädgård och ligger i ett område med charmiga hus nära Kalmar slott och gångavstånd till centrum. Bra frukost med mycket att välja mellan , dock var juicen mer som fruktdryck än juice (svag).

Att det spelades musik ÖVERALLT i i vartenda hörn trädgården hela tiden från morgon till kväll, tycker om musik men ibland kanske man vill sitta någon stans och lyssna på sin egen musik eller bara ha det tyst en stund, kördes samma låtar om igen. Helt ok man spelar vid baren o uteserveringen , men inte högre än man kan samtala utan att skrika. Sen upp på rummet ingen luft och kvavt ,som tur va det svalt ute så man öppnade fönstret, satte på tvn men musiken ute hade nu höjt volymen så man hörde basen och ylandet hela tiden, störigt. Tråkigt för det drog ner betyget.

Comfortable, restful, aesthetically pleasing.

Its location was ideal, convenient to reach on foot from the station and close to the museum and to the marvelous historic castle in Kalmar. We slept well as the hotel was blessedly quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were courteous and accommodating when we needed to store our bags for the day.

Ligger jättefint och nära slottet, fin innergård och bra frukost.

Väldigt dyrt sett till standarden på rummet vi fick. Hade med facit i hand bokat något mer prisvärt, även om atmosfären på slottshotellet så klart är mysig. Fanns inget mörkläggande för fönstren på rummet så det var väldigt ljust och varmt.

Eine Nacht - fast wie im Schloss

Sehr hübsche, nostalgische Ausstattung und trotzdem nicht zu "plüschig". Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch der Außenbereich und das Restaurant war sehr ansprechend und die Speisen sehr lecker. Parkplatz im Innenhof. Tolle Lage, fussläufig zu Schloss und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Fin gammal byggnad med bra faciliteter och trevlig innergård. Nära till tåg-och busstationen, Kalmar slott och Krusenstiernska parken (sommar-teater).

Det rummet jag hade var sängen lite smal, van vid lite bredare än 80 cm men 2 nätter klarade jag i alla fall.
