A very enjoyable holiday in a lovely place which is an ideal base for sightseeing

It was clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen but no dish washer. The property is set in large grounds with a lot of woodland around it. It has a large attractive swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers around it. It is within easy reach of supermarkets and old Orvieto. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful.

The approach is by an unmade road which is very rough in places.

An absolute hidden gem, this rustique Agriturisme with amazing pool and surroundings!

Amazing hidden gem in quiet patch of forest, pretty much the Italian Agriturismo dream ;-). Wonderful pool and surroundings, extreme good value for money. Very attentive and nice owner who responded to all our messages quickly and guided us to the place. The perfect place for a peaceful night/stay in the countryside, can't recommend it enough

no wifi and spotty internet-reception (but we didn't really mind as it added to the 'being away from it all'-vibe), you can only pay in cash

Great owners, beautiful setting.

There was no breakfast but stores were nearby. Although the property is remote the forest setting is magical. Our rooms came with a cat, Milou, who was quite friendly.

The road into the property was very rough and we would have preferred a location closer to Orvieto. But we still very much enjoyed our stay. Because of the time of year the heat was off. However there was a fireplace and abundant wood. Very cosy.

A great base for exploring the Orvieto region, in a secluded valley close to shops and facilities

The house with multiple apartments is in a lovely secluded valley, only a few kilometres from the nearest towns and shops. The gardens include a swimming pool and games equipment. There are kitchen facilities to prepare meals on site and the host provided homemade biscuits, cakes and jams.

For some reason we could not connect with the host through the telephone number, making it difficult to arrange to meet to be guided to the secluded location. It would have been helpful to have a map as back up. Also, we had to rely on Google to translate conversations with our host from Italian to English and there is no wifi at the site to do this. It was very hot during our stay and the mezzanine bedroom was uncomfortably warm, even with a fan.

A hidden gem in the Umbrian countryside.

A hidden gem! Wonderful swimming pool which we made use of every day as it was so hot. Our two bed apartment was clean and comfortable. There are laundry facilities, although we didn't use them. Barbecue facilities are available and a big garden area to relax in. Lovely, friendly owners.

Dishwasher was broken but wasn't a big issue as we are used to washing up by hand. No air conditioning and as it was so hot a fan would have been useful.

Struttura comoda e confortevole, immersa nella natura con molti passatempi ed ottimo clima ideale per rilassarsi. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal paese ben attrezzato e da tanti posti belli da vedere. È stato un weekend fantastico, lo raccomando a tutti!

Esperienza fantastica

Immersa nel verde, una cascina ben ristrutturata, organizzata in mini appartamenti veramente confortevoli e completi di tutto. L'esterno è un parco ben curato e un'area con piscina molto molto curata e con acqua tenuta costantemente pulita e calda, l'ideale per una nuotata alla fine di una giornata di visite o per passare anche del tempo in completo relax. Non è facile da raggiungere, ma la Sig.ra Graziella è carinissima nell'accompagnare personalmente gli ospiti. Per non parlare della tranquillità del sonno che è un'esperienza ineguagliabile. Un'esperienza più che positiva, da tornarci!

Gradevole esperienza ad Orvieto

La posizione è ottima e molto riservata e tranquillo, una piacevole sorpresa è stata la presenza della piscina. Il luogo non è semplice da trovare autonomamente ma la sig.ra Graziella interviene prontamente a ricevere ed accompagnare gli ospiti. Il soggiorno si è concluso con una chiacchierata con la signora che vi ha raccontato la storia dell'abitazione che risale addirittura al periodo etrusco. Mi sento di consigliare la permanenza in questo b&b.

L'unica nota negativa è l'assenza del wifi e purtroppo anche il segnale mobile è scarsissimo se non nullo, non è una tragedia un po' di isolamento però manca quando si cercano informazioni varie.

Orvieto dal bosco

La struttura è immersa nel verde, molto ben curato negli spazi antistanti e circostanti. L'ideale per una vacanza di riposo e relax e per chi come me viaggia assieme ai suoi cani. Gli spazi della nostra camera erano molto ampi e nel complesso siamo stati comodamente alloggiati.

Premetto che il rapporto con la proprietaria è stato difficile dall'inizio per colpa mia che mi sono posto in maniera sbagliata nei suoi confronti. Si dice che il cliente ha sempre ragione e per questo magari la proprietaria poteva essere un pochino più cordiale. Detto questo la strada sterrata di accesso alla struttura, oggetto della discussione, è piuttosto impegnativa nella sua percorrenza. Specie in giornate di maltempo. La struttura è piuttosto isolata e questo può essere considerato un pregio o un difetto a seconda dei punti di vista. Io consiglio l'apposizione di una segnaletica turistica appropriata, dotata di maggiore visibilità. La biancheria in dotazione è di qualità scadente

Durante una breve vacanza Pasquale in Umbria ho soggiornato qui con la famiglia per 2 notti...avremmo voluto non partire mai..STUPENDA: LA POSIZIONE STUPENDASEI NELLA TRANQUILLITA MA ALLO STESSO TEMPO VICINO A ORVIETO GRAZIELLA: AFFIDABILE DISPONIBILE PREPARATA E SIMPATICISSIMA APPARTAMENTO: DA SOGNO E MOLTO PULITO PARCO: ESAGERATO E ATTREZZATO
