No internet, no washing machine. The stairs are very slippery to the bedroom. I don’t think it would be good for people with mobility issues.

The Perfect Place to Stay in Orvieto

Francesca, the host, was amazing. She met us at the apartment and even parked our car for us because of the narrow passage ways. She was amazing! Very easy to stay at this property. Francesca is available to answer any questions and give recommendations for the area. We loved Orvieto and would stay at this property again.

Francesca was welcoming and accommodating. She checked on how we were doing and if we needed anything numerous times during our stay. She drove us to the train station for our departure. The property had all of the supplies and utensils needed for our stay. The location is in a quite area that is only a short walk away from the city center.

There are spiral stairs to the bedroom loft that could be an issue for certain guests.

The apartment was very clean, secure and beautifully presented. It is located in a quiet street but only a very short walk to all the sights, restaurants and amenities of Orvieto. It was an excellent experience staying there and I would recommend it without hesitation.

A great stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Very nice, very clean accommodations on a very quiet little street. A most pleasant host. The available paid parking is a little distance away, but it gave us time to walk off some of those pasta pounds. We’ve been traveling across Italy for over 6 weeks and this is the 1st accommodation that had plenty of hot water with no interruptions in shower.

Cazare fără reproș. Proprietarul este foarte amabil și de ajutor cu oaspeții sai. Locația este perfecta într-o zonă buna nu departe de Via Duomo și un magazin Pam Local. Camerele sunt curate și bine dotate. Atmosfera este super ok. Recomand.

El apartamento es encantador, decorado con muy buen gusto, y a pasos del duomo y el centro de Orvieto. La opción de parking muy bien organizada y conveniente.

Se volete visitare musei e monumenti andate in mattinata al pomeriggio chiudono prestissimo a Orvieto

La struttura era in una pozione centralissima ed era bellissima mi è piaciuto tutto. Soffitti altissimi tanto da ospitare un soppalco dove dormivamo. Molto pulito e la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, in più ha pure un parcheggio privato al coperto

Location carina, appartamento pulito e molto bene tenuto in posizione centrale. Letto comodo come materasso ma bisogna fare una scala a chiocciola per accedervi, più adatto ad una coppia giovane e senza bambini

Per accedere alla zona letto c'è una scala a chiocciola e il bagno è a piano terra, non proprio comodo In bagno non c'è bidet ma la doccetta nel water con un getto pungente, non il massimo

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa struttura. La proprietaria è stata super disponibile al telefono nel darci tutte le indicazioni. La casa è curata e molto confortevole! Avere il parcheggio disponibile è un grosso vantaggio di questa struttura. Consigliato!
