Highly recommendable!

Clean, comfortable, lovely place. It is new and has all the amenities you need even for a long stay. Private, safe parking. The host is super friendly and charming. There is a Carrefour and gas station, all 5 minutes walking distance.

It's 10 minutes by car to the city center, but you can also take the bus. Not a big problem at all, to be honest.

Fabulous!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Jacques is lovely - really friendly and helpful, with a lot of useful information. Convenient location and great for cycle paths. I’d definitely want to stay here again if I come back.

La disponibilité et la courtoisie du propriétaire ainsi que son Épouse qui m'a guidé à récupérer les clés dans difficulté ! L'emplacement de l'appartement dans un endroit calme, sécurisé et accessible. La flexibilité du propriétaire lorsqu'on a demandé un complément de draps et un paravent pour séparer le lit du canapé-lit qui se trouvent dans la même pièce !

Un studio correctement équipé à 5 mn à pied du magnifique jardin botanique

Studio éloigné du centre mais proche des commodités. Desservi par la ligne de bus 4 et 15. Salle de bain et pièce de vie agréables Hôte à l'écoute et à la recherche de solution en cas de besoin.

Certains accessoires de cuisine auraient mérités un peu plus d'attention par les locataires précédents ou les gérants.

tres bon accueil avec explication des choses a faire dans la region proprietaire super sympa parking fermé c'est top

la climatisation mal regler (23 degres) a mon gout j'ai du ouvrir les fenetres pour avoir moins chaud comme il y avait une entreprise et le train qui passait j ai pas trop bien dormi certain jour , conseil pour le proprietaire regler la climatisation sur 21 degre a l avenir

La posizione non è male rispetto alla viabilità, ma per raggiungere il centro di Tours ci vuole l'auto.
