Du potentiel, mais perfectible

L'appartement est assez grand, déco sympathique. Nous avons eu un problème, pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée, le propriétaire s'est démené pour régler le problème.

Très déçue par la literie. Nous avons très mal dormi et en soulevant le matelas, nous avons compris pourquoi : le sommier a été bricolé (des lattes remplacés par des planches de bois et certaines lattes étaient gondolées), d'où deux nuits très inconfortables. 2e point : nous avons dû régler une caution (annoncée dans l'annonce) mais certains meubles étaient abimés (les 2 tables de chevet notamment), cela laisse un peu inquiet sur la restitution de la caution (je précise qu'il n'y a eu aucun problème finalement).
