In town location and near to everything in a cozy apartment.

The location is good I'm city center and market. The room is comfortable and have everything we need. The best service from Nicholas, even everything is not perfect but he helped to relieve a lot.

The bathroom door cannot protect the water which leaked outside and make all the area wet. Recommend to change the cleaning company which take better responsibility. Fixed the front door, please.

The room is clean and spacious. The location is very near to city centre and the parking, although a good 5 minutes walk from the accomodation, is a plus.

Just minor things: a lot of notices in the room that remind the duties of the guests; I have found that a bit annoying.

tout, le confort n'est pas au rendez-vous après avoir passé la porte cochère l'ambiance est déjà plombée par une vue désastreuse du lieu. vous pénétrez dans le studio et la plus votre regard se pose et plus vous découvrez des choses qui ne vont pas. entre un manage non fait, le manque de verres de bols...... le matin est comique avec une seule prise électrique pour un micro onde, une cafetière et un grille pain!! le comble est la première nuit début du sommeil a 4h30 car du bruit de fête au dessus, la bonne idée de mettre la tête des contre le mur de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble .ayant réserver pour 5 nuits nous somme partis au bout de la deuxième. pour un studio tout confort et une promesse de lux et d'attentions, il faudra repasser

Comfortabele studio,. Uitstekende matras. Groot voordeel is gratis parkeerplaats in ondergrondse parking op 5 minuten lopen van de studio. Vlotte communicatie via mail met eigenaars. De locatie is perfect om de stad Tours te ontdekken.

Toen ik de boeking deed was de prijs heel aantrekkelijk, maar bij de vraag om iets vroeger in te checken en wat later te vertrekken kwam er voor beide opties nog een bedrag bij.

1 seule couette pour 2 lits. La couette avait des taches jaunes, les lits étaient un peu « dur » et la poussière n’avait pas été faite.

Essendo al piano terra se fai circolare l'aria non ti senti al sicuro, da un lato c'è la strada, dall'altra c'è una corte interna dove staziona un tipo che si porta un tavolino per bere lattine di birra e bibite. Nessuna grata di protezione.

Le parking qui ne se trouve pas a côté de l'appartement mais mis à.disposition sans supplément

Les messages envoyés aux propriétaires restés sans réponse. Les 4 rappels des règles et les injonctions de laisser propre sous peine de sanction financière, j'ai 50 ans et je venais juste faire du shopping avec 1 copine, merci d'avoir gâché mon we plaisir tant attendu avec vos messages intempestifs ! Logement au bord d'une route passante et juste contre la porte cochère donc les gens claquent la porte la nuit et des 7h du matin , salle de bain salle et poussière des lustres non faites depuis des mois compte tenu des toiles d'araignée
