Bon accueil. Bien situé, proche du centre ville. La voiture est restée garée. Il y a un empêchement privé. L'appartement est confortable sous les toits comme les photos le montrent. Suffisamment spacieux pour deux personnes au dernier étage.

Praktisch gelegen in der Nähe von Loire und Altstadt. Dieses ist eine Dachwohnung im 3. Stock mit allen Vor-und Nachteilen. Vorteile: Man hört niemanden über sich. Nachteile: sehr heiß im Sommer und Treppen. Das Fahrrad ließ sich gut in Fahrradraum nahe Eingangstor parken.
Dachgeschosswohnung die nicht gut isoliert ist. Zwar wird ein Ventilator und ein mobiles Kühlgerät bereitgestellt, aber das die Wohnung bei meinem Besuch nicht unter 28 Grad gekühlt. Auch nicht in der Nacht wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Diese Wohnung ist für den Sommer ungeeignet zu bewohnen. Sonst in kalten Monaten ist das sehr gut.

Está en el centro y la cama es cómoda. Tiene plaza de garaje reservada en la calle, bastante importante tiene en cuenta que es zona de pago. El dueño nos recibió para darnos las llaves y nos explicó todo lo necesario para la estancia tanto del apartamento como de la ciudad.
La limpieza y el cuidado en general del apartamento tiene que mejorar. No había toallas de lavabo, es un tercero sin ascensor y al ser una buhardilla, hacía calor. Tiene ventiladores que no tuvimos que usar por la noche pero, al tener las ventanas abiertas, no pudimos descansar bien porque había ruido en la calle.
