The location was very close to the city centre, and the apartment very clean. Both Marion and Laurent have been very helpful and reaponsive.

One side of the mattress was not supporting the back in the proper way.

- location, very close to old town - owner hospitality and well prepared detailed for all the things including travel & restaurant,..etc. - own parking lot - nice & clean room - facilities

Studio was clean with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc. Bed was comfy and the location is good as is the dedicated parking space.

There are a lot of stairs up to the studio. Stove top is rather dated and slow.

Superb

We had a really great time in this small apartment. It is greatly located within short walking distance to the market and old town. The bed was very comfortable. The small kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare a simple meal. It was great to have an own parking place and safe place for the bikes. The owner was really nice, very flexible and so helpful. He recommended some good places to go and also very good restaurants.

Chouette studio au cœur de Tours

Studio calme et bien équipé à 10 minutes à pied du vieux Tours. L'hôte nous a accueilli et nous a présenté les équipements, la situation et les points d'intérêts de la ville. Il nous a proposé une solution pour conserver nos bagages.

Petit bemol pour le local à vélo qui était quasi rempli et un vrai capharnaüm. Laurent nous a proposé une autre solution mais finalement tout s'est bien passé.

Beau petit studio, avec tout ce qu’il faut et à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. C’est calme, c’est propre et on s’y sent bien. Laurent nous a accueilli à l’heure convenu et s’est montré très amical et prévenant.

Céntrico pero poco cuidado

Está en el centro y la cama es cómoda. Tiene plaza de garaje reservada en la calle, bastante importante tiene en cuenta que es zona de pago. El dueño nos recibió para darnos las llaves y nos explicó todo lo necesario para la estancia tanto del apartamento como de la ciudad.

La limpieza y el cuidado en general del apartamento tiene que mejorar. No había toallas de lavabo, es un tercero sin ascensor y al ser una buhardilla, hacía calor. Tiene ventiladores que no tuvimos que usar por la noche pero, al tener las ventanas abiertas, no pudimos descansar bien porque había ruido en la calle.

Gute Lage fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt mit privatem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat alles persönlich erklärt.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig in einer Seitenstraße mit Blick über die Dächer der Stadt und dennoch alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Eigentümer hat eine sehr gute Infomappe zur Stadt mit vielen nützlichen Informationen zusammengestellt. Sogar Literatur über die Stadt und falls es mal regnet, ist vorhanden.

Appartement très bien situé, proche du centre, avec une place de parking privé ce qui est très appréciable ! l'endroit est calme bien que proche du centre ville.

Juste un petit bémol le studio est situé au 3iéme étage ce qui en fin de journée et avec des courses dans les bras demande un peu d'effort ! Mais franchement c'est un détail et le rapport qualité/prix est très bien !!

Je n’ai pas pu accéder à l’appartement. Le Propriétaire a annulé la réservation et je n’ai jamais été remboursé. Je me suis retrouvé dans une situation inconfortable à cause de ce voleur, ne loue surtout pas son appartement car vous ne pourriez pas accéder à éviter
