L'emplacement est idéal, très calme, relativement proche du centre-ville, proche d'un magnifique petit parc pour se balader, et d'une supérette le petit marché ouvert 7J/7
Quelques détails : côté eau chaude attention dans la douche ou l'évier, l'eau est brûlante ce qui pourrait occasionner des accidents. J'aurais aimé savoir à l'avance que l'appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, et qu'il y a une belle marche pour accéder au lit, ces détails ne sont pas mentionnés dans l'annonce, dommage. Ce n'est peut-être pas idéal avec une femme enceinte.
