All was great.

Staff were tremendously helpful and fun.
Food and service were great. We hadn’t planned to, but ended up eating in every night.
Steep hill.

Lovely family run hotel, with a real personable touch . The food in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful . Wine tasting of the family wines available. Nice quiet location away from the bustle of the main town, but only a 15 min walk. Amazing views of the vineyards and Abbey behind

Pleasant people in hotel and restaurant, and excellent wine.
The room was a little small, and there was no tea and coffee facilities. A small bottle of water would have been nice. Quite a long and steep walk into town center. High up and on the edge of town is nice for peace and quiet, but unfortunately no view of the rhine or the vineyards.

Excellent service. Very polite and friendly. Close to St Hildegard Abbey. I highly recommend it.

Location was 15 minutes walking to city center
Reception lady was nice and gave us a lot of information about the area.
Clean room
1. Parking: The hotel’s parking was full, so we were directed to park on a nearby street, which wasn’t too far from the hotel.
2. Room: The shower was very small and may not be suitable for all body types. The bed was uncomfortable, especially the pillows. The walls are quite thin — we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, which made it hard to sleep in due to the noise from other guests.

Quiet with car parking and excellent English from the Lady who looked after us very well.
Hadn’t realised how far UP out of Rudesheim this was. Did have to take the car down to car park no 2.

Great location, away from the city center at the northern edge of the town. Almost eerily quiet!
Breakfast was great, typical German fare of cold cuts, cheese, eggs, and bread.
They were also very easy to to communicate with and very accommodating of my timetable.
The important parts of the room were very clean (bed and bathroom), but other parts seemed to get less attention- dust on the bedside table, bedside lamp did not work). The shower was comically small, but I made it work. The wifi was also not working during my stay, which was an issue for me at first, since the mobile data on my phone was not working. I also had some difficulty learning the schedules of the bus lines running in the town, especially since some of the stops have been temporarily moved due to construction. (This is of course not their fault!)

Excellent location, close enough to town centre whilst remaining quiet and allowing parking. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly

Love this magical hotel that is closest in proximity to Hildegard's Abbey. I do wish there was a small refrigerator in the room/water for tea, but that's okay. The staff was very helpful and I LOVED my room with a clear view of the Abbey! Beautiful! The food was great in the restaurant. It is a bit off the beaten path for those wanting to be closer to the main street/shops, etc. BUT I LOVED that. I walked miles which was welcomed and beneficial! :)
That the "office" check-in area was closed/locked one early morning when I got up and wanted coffee, help with Taxi. This area is located in the restaurant. Not a separate area. FYI.

Everything was good.

Staff were wonderful. They were very attentive and helpful. Space was readily available for my husband’s cycle. Breakfasts are very good and we ate twice there in the evenings, as the food was delicious and portions huge, which were much appreciated after our walks.

Very friendly staff at the reception desk, warm welcome and explanations about rooms, meal times, walks to the village etc. Good room, comfortable beds, very calm. Very good wine (Riesling) and excellent meal served by helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms were very dirty. Our room had spider webs and spiders where the side walls met the ceiling

clean and friendly staff, Frau Krancher is great!
10-minute walk up the hill away from the town center, a bit of a walk if you’re hauling heavy luggage

Easily accessible and very easy to coordinate with the reception if you're not able to arrive at check-in times.

It's very nice that the room faces to the vineyard.
The internet connection is quite bad. And quite a lot of insects flying into the room.

The staff were very helpful and courteous, and we had a wonderful dinner in their indoor garden. Loved the location near the vineyards, we were given bedrooms with views of the vineyards and the St. Hildegard Abbey

The service was lovely, really great staff and very attentive! Always friendly and able to answer questions. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We appreciated that it was in a really quiet part of town.
The beds were not super comfortable, but it was ok. There was also quite some construction going on so getting out of town by car was difficult, but this isn't the hotel's fault :)

The staff were all very hospitable and kind.
Breakfast was nice and satisfactory.
The wines were delicious!
The guesthouse is located on the far edge of the town, and though it was a bit of a walk from the train station, we enjoyed it being far from the hustle & bustle of the more touristic part of town, thus quite and relaxed.
We asked for a double bed, we got two single beds put together, so were not really able to sleep together, otherwise the beds moved and we fell through them...
As we relied on soap to be provided, we didn't bring our own, and what was given was not enough.

We enjoyed our stay and it was very clean and everything is made with love :)
Size of the room for three people ... we felt a bit trapped ...

The location overlooking the vineyards was nice.
The rooms are small but clean and comfy. Definitely ask for a view of the vineyards.
The staff of the hotel (particularly one of the restaurant’s staff) treated us terribly. She literally yelled at us for asking if we could pay a beer with credit card. We asked her if we could go get cash at an ATM and pay later, and she said no. Terrible treatment.
The breakfast (9.5 euros) was very average: bread, cheese, ham and some eggs.

Pleasant family run hotel and wine yard with long history. Very clean rooms, excellently located for a walk/hike/cycle into the wine area.
Parking in front of house usually occupied, but could park in one of the side streets.

Staff was friendly, and spoke good english. Breakfast was very good and accommodated corona restrictions well. Restaurant for dinner was delicious! They serve their own wines, and are also available for purchase if you want some liquid souvenirs. WiFi included in rate, and was speedy.
Location was very quiet, but not in city center. About a 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown.

Lovely, friendly, warm and welcoming Guest-house.
I twas hot at night. There is an air-conditioner but it could not be turned on. We therefore had an uncomfortable second-night.
We tried every conceivable way to turn it on.
There were no instructions as to how to make it work.
This was the only blemish - apart perhaps for the tiny bar of soap for 2 people for 2 nights.
