A gem

The staff is super professional and helpful. I arrived quite early, however my room was made up quickly, could get breakfast. The spa is nice, massage is great, room is great. Was a real nice experience- a gem.

Breakfast was outstanding, good location close to vineyards and the Rhine. Clean and modern rooms with good view towards the Rhine and vineyards, perfect!

Investment in a swimming pool would be great. Draft beer would also be an upgrade.

we couldn't use the spa, which is only open between 12-8 , impossible hours, exactly when we are working! Also we dod not expect that the parking was full when we arrived at 8pm , mostly with non guests, so no parking place for us.

Naegler's is the best place to stay in this area.

We liked everything about the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was well laid out, good selection of food. It is a really impressive nicely decorated facility and at a great location. Thank you.

An exceptional staying in Rheingau

Great accommodation in a great location. The Nägler´s met all our expectations as we felt an exceptional attention to all details. Despite being in front of the parking, our room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food to offer, beyond our best expectations. We unfortunately didn´t get the chance to try the spa but we enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine on the terrace waiting for the sunset. We will go back!

Amazing service and a beautiful hotel. We were really happy with our weekend stay. The rooms are all differently decorated, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary but the real cherry on the cake is the service. All team members are so friendly and even surprised us for the birthday occasion with champagne and a cake. We will be back and surely recommended a stay here.

Truly home away from home!

I liked the interior of the room, absolutely exquisite and comfy. it had everything one needs of quality and comfort. the breakfast was varied and options for available for all tastes and not to mention the beautiful setting overlooking a vineyard and and catching a glimpse of the Rhein while one eats :) the other highlight was the so called ‘ chill’ area which is by all definition was serenity at its best surrounded by countless details which I found to be a north-African inspired beauty.

mostly that the rooms with more light face the parking lot and the ones looking over the courtyard are quite dark but that might not be an issue if you stay in the 2nd flow but for my room which was on the first floor was a bit disappointing. however, it’s fair to say that Mrs Kern did what she could to help me change the room.

Amazing breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Good location to visit vineyards in the Rheingau.

My room was on the ground floor looking at the car park. Next time I will pick a room on the 1st floor.

The hotel close to the river

Checkin as per the booking confirmation until 22:00 but I received a call at 18:45 telling me that their reception closed at 19:00. We figured a solution by a code a was supposed to get on an sms, but I had to call 2 more times as I didn’t get it by 19:00. Causing unnecessary stress that could have been prevented if I was informed about the CORRECT check in times.

Gute Lage und Frühstück, kleine Abstriche beim Service und der Sauberkeit.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die schöne Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer auf den Rhein. Zudem war das Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Die Ausstattung wirkte insgesamt hochwertig, auch wenn aus unserer Sicht einzelne Bereiche sauberer hätten sein können. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und ließ kaum Wünsche offen – für unterschiedliche Geschmäcker war etwas dabei, und die Getränke waren im Preis enthalten. Positiv war auch, dass Parkplätze vom Hotel angeboten wurden, diese erschienen uns bei höherem Gästeaufkommen jedoch teilweise begrenzt. Beim Service haben wir unterschiedliche Eindrücke gesammelt; stellenweise hätten wir uns einen noch freundlicheren Umgang gewünscht.

Die Ausstattung wirkte insgesamt hochwertig, auch wenn aus unserer Sicht einzelne Bereiche sauberer hätten sein können. Positiv war auch, dass Parkplätze vom Hotel angeboten wurden, diese erschienen uns bei höherem Gästeaufkommen jedoch teilweise begrenzt. Beim Service haben wir unterschiedliche Eindrücke gesammelt; stellenweise hätten wir uns einen noch freundlicheren Umgang gewünscht.se begrenzt.

Schönes Hotel, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Auswahl an Getränken und Artikeln. Das Frühstücksbuffet war traumhaft. Die Aussicht sowie die Lounge beim Frühstücksraum waren genial. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit, den Spa-Bereich zu nutzen, aber ich denke, er wäre genauso fantastisch gewesen wie der Rest :)

Wundervolle Aufenthalt mit meiner besten Freundin.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich einfach direkt wohl. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Rhein. Man ist sofort im Urlaub. Sehr ehrlich fanden wir die Kommunikation des Hotels. Man konnte direkt lesen, dass es an Personal mangelt und man daher gegebenenfalls ein paar Einschränkungen hinnehmen muss. Was aber letztlich gar nicht der Fall war. Aber allein schon der Hinweis hat sensibilisiert und macht das Hotel sehr sympathisch!

Zu der umwerfenden Lage kommt das reichhaltige Frühstück hinzu das keine Wünsche offen lässt und mit einer wunderschönen Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf den Rhein.

Ein nicht so gutes WLan auf dem Zimmer und es fehlten einige Standard Fernsehsender
