Ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. Tolles Ambiente im Restaurant.

Mein Sohn mit Partnerin ( und Hund ) war in einerm Zimmer in der Burg Schwarzenstein untergebracht, welches speziell für Gäste mit Hunden zur Verfügung steht. Angefangen von Hundekörbchen bis kleine Leckerli und speziell gewünschten Reinigungszeiten um so wenig wie möglich zu stüren, wurde Alles sehr gut umgesetzt.
Man sollte überdenken, an der Eingangstüre zum Restaurantbereich, die sich direkt unterhalb einiger Zimmer befindet, einen Zuschlagschutz anzubringen. Bei diesem Aufenthalt war u.a. eine Fortbildungsveranstaltung im Hotel, deren Teilnehmer z.B. zum Lunch ziemlich einzeln in das Restaurant gingen und jedesmal die Türe laut ins Schloss fiel. Das ist extrem störend.

Freundliches Personal, tolles Ambiente, sehr gutes Essen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
Duschtasse verstopft, Gästehaus sehr nahe an einer befahrenen Straße gelegen mit entsprechendem Geräuschpegel. Gemischte Erfahrungen mit dem Zimmer-/Cleaning-Service.
