A perfect chill beach holiday!

It was so lovely. The vibe was on point. The people were so friendly and they made us biscuits for when we arrived. There was a handy little shop just below our apartment where we could get some basic groceries and other bits. The view from the apartment was gorgeous. Overall it was a lovely place to stay in an idyllic beach location.

Friendly hosts. Great view of the beach & spacious well-equipped kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Margaritis Apartments. We visited Naxos as part of our honeymoon and we chose to stay in a more basic accommodation for this stretch of our trip - which is why we chose Margaritis Apartments. The great thing about doing this is that you are staying in a local house, can cook here and it feels almost as if you live here! The place is very spacious and had everything we needed. Very good kitchen with lots of appliances which made cooking easy. The hosts were friendly. They made us homemade ginger biscuits on arrival! Also when we handed our keys back at the end, the host let us have a free fridge magnet of Naxos as a souvenir! These were very lovely gestures and made this trip even more memorable! The view from our balcony is of the beach and was lovely. Also there is a bus stop right outside which makes getting around very easy.

Margaritas Studio for me - every time

Great situation on the sea front of Agia Anna. Warm welcome from Margaritis family. Upstairs to one of three studios above family mini market. The studio was large and airy and very clean. The kitchen dining section was wonderful with all that you need for self-catering food preparation. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with shower and constant hot water. The large outdoor stonework terrace was a joy to sit out on and simply watch the beautiful blues of the Aegean sea below. Room cleaned every day and fresh brilliant-white towels supplied each day too. Would I return here ? ..... 100%

I would go back anytime.

I loved the small acts of hospitality: I found sweets made by the owner's mother in the apartment, upon arrival. One day, I found a piece of cake in the fridge (it was delicious!!!). They care and they are very helpful. The room was cleaned each day. And I loved waking up a few feet from the sea each morning.

It is noisy. The advantage of being a few feet from the sea means that the apartment is on the main road. Nothing to be done. Just to be aware of it. It is good that all the windows have shutters.

Beautiful apartment, we had a great vacation, we definitely recommend!!

Beautiful spacious apartment, with an amazing view overlooking the seafront! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view!The apartment was very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for a family of four! The apartment is on the beachfront, less than one minute walk. There is a mini market on the ground floor and restaurants and bars are all very close by. It is close to everything without it being noisy. The owner Mrs Maria and her family are very welcoming and kind. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend staying there, very good value for money!

Amazing location, nice apartment - 100% recommended!

The view was amazing! The Aegean Sea was directly in front of the apartment. We didn’t use the (expensive!) sun beds every day as it was possible to just cross the street and go for a swim, then return to the apartment and chill a bit and have a snack or whatever. Very convenient and relaxing. The air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn’t miss anything. The balcony was spacious as was the apartment itself. The owner was approachable and his Mom gave us nice jam and Tiropita - yummy!Everything was absolutely clean! The person who cleaned, Eleni, was the sweetest lady ! She was like family and took such good care of us! We stayed five nights longer than planned. Would recommend the place 100%!

The bathroom was a bit strange. The shower curtain included the toilet, so everything was wet. We asked for a mop and a bucket and the problem was solved. And also the water pressure was very low. The internet didn’t work well. We asked the owner a few times, but it didn’t improve. But those are just minor issues, the apartment is so nice and the location is incredible, so we loved it a lot!

Excellent stay at Margaritis Apartments

Our stay at Margaritis was excellent! The host Maria and her family are super pleasant people. You can always address them if something is needed. The apartment itself has a stunning sea view balcony - it is great to enjoy a meal or glass of wine watching sea and sunsets. The apartment was super clean, it had everything you need inside. It was cleaned every day. The bus stop right at the building makes traveling to Naxos town and airport quick and easy. Maria treated us to home-made dishes and fresh fruits. The apartment is very spacious. I definitely recommend it!

Great value for money!

Location was perfect - right opposite the best beach in Naxos. The bus stops right opposite so very convenient to get to the town, port and airport. Hosts were lovely - so warm and friendly and gave us fresh biscuits and jam.

Mattresses could be more comfortable.

The location was wonderful, it was close to many restaurants & dessert places. The balcony view of the sea was beautiful and perfect.

- perfect location, in front of a bus stop, easy to reach from the port - a nice beach just over the street, not too crowded in September, very nice and convenient, the sun goes down in front of us, pretty sunset - big terrace with the view of the sea - kind hosts, communication in English not so easy though - spacious rooms - cleaning every day - shops, restaurants nearby - air conditioning in both rooms All in all, very good value for money, not the best apartment ever, but the location and the beautiful beaches compensate for it.

- the bathroom layout was weird, shower next to the toilet, everything was wet - WiFi was barely working

clean and cozy place just Right on the shore

the place was spotless clean cozy, had everything you need. huge balcony with the view to the sea, shops and restaurants just few steps away. super friendly staff, the owner lady would bring you fresh baked pies to you! rooms being cleaned daily too.

for ones who are light sleepers - there is a stress between apartment and the sea, so can be loud sometimes. but if you keep your balcony shut and use AC it’s just fine!

Recommend it!

Everything was perfect. Maria is so kind and the jam and the cake was amazing. The beach and the bus stop are on the front of the house. There are many shops, restaurants and another beaches - Procopios, Plaka, Petrino are close - walking distance 10-15min. Beautiful view! Very clean!

The apartment is a little noisy (cars and autobuses), but when close the door and window is quite. Nightly was very hot and we have to turn sometimes on the air conditioner. There is not shower gel and liquid soap.

Enjoy Sunset in Naxos from your own veranda

Apartments are managed as a family business, everybody is extremely kind and helpful. Same property of the minimarket at ground floor, and of Car Rental "Let's Drive". Great sea view, good position, bus stop just in front of, Agia Anna beach at 10 meters, as well as restaurants and other shop. Plaka and Agios prokopios beaches (both better than Agia Anna in my opinion) in walking distance Basic furniture but spacious rooms. Very nice the sunset from the balcony. Works pretty well for those who want not to rent the car.

Traffic on the road in between the apartment and the seaside. The noise do not disturb overnight if you keep the window closed, but this may be requires you to use AirCon to cool down.

Amazing place and would definitely recommend

Fabulous views of the beach and sea from the balcony. Very close to the beach and great little supermarket just under the rooms. A variety of different restaurants along the beach. Good bus service to Naxos town.

Cuando llegamos nos recibe una señora mayor con unas pastas que había hecho ella. Es una señora super maja que nos trató como si fuésemos sus nietas. Tienen un supermercado familiar debajo de los apartamentos así que está bien para olvidos de la compra. La habitación super bien, la cocina bastante completa dentro de lo que cabe y en general un apartamento muy grande. Está lejos del centro de naxos pero los buses van bastante bien. Hay un par de bares de playa cerca y un supermercado como a un poco más de 5 minutos que está bastante bien. La playa de enfrente está muy bien aunque hay un par cerca. Una chica venía todos los días a limpiar. Tenía unas vistas increíbles a la playa.

Tal vez que no está cerca del centro pero nos apañamos y se va bien al centro.
