* The reception stuff was really helpfull, nice and friendly. They did their best for answering our questions.

* The WiFi does not work in the room-we were informed that it works at the "pool area." * We were given double keys with different room numbers—so we had to spend some time until we find the correct room. * We paid for UMBRELLAS at the beach—however the given spots were already occupied by other hotel guests. We had to try 4-5 other places with the direction given on the phone by the reception which was frustrating a bit.

Everything was great! And close to the beach.

This appartment had everything we needed. We were only here to sleep (Caorle is too beautiful to stay inside) but it was close to everything. We had enough room for the baby and our dog. The airconditioning worked which was important for us. Also the washing mashine was a BIG plus!! We will definitely come back here!

Everything was good for us. Maybe a water cooker would be nice, but we brought our own.

Very good value for the price

A simple clean room with air condition. Clean bathroom with an older but still working washing mashine. Fastfood restaurant REEBS in the same building is very good. Parking in the basement excelent. Swimming pool looks nice, but we did not use it.

The mattressess should be exchanged for a bit more expensive ones. An unpleasant smell of cheaper dorms disappeared after 2 days. Perhaps more often cleaning of sink outlets would be helpfull. No electic cattle, but cooking on the stove was fine. A soap in the bathroom would be a nice favour. Wifi was only in the swimming pool area, but it was fine, we talked to each other.

The AC was shutting the electricity down in the apartment quite often. Mattress was too soft, should be replaced.

Location is fine. Not far from the sea, not far from the center which is fine.

The room was not clean upon our arrival and we had to wait for more than 1 hour to have it cleaned, although we arrived late afternoon (4.30 pm). It made our short stay even shorter. And the landlord reacted in no way to our complaint in this respect and provided no compensation. There is no dishwasher in the room which should be, I guess, a standard. There is no kettle in which you may boil a water for morning tea. Swimming pool is smaller and not so beautiful as on the picture. The wardrobes in the rooms were unpleasantly smelly and we could not use them.

The sofa "bed" in the living room is horrible. Its for 2 people to sleep in, back pain after 1 night. If change that sofa, this place would be 10/10.

Very good location 5 minutes walk from the beach, store shopping area 10 minutes. The condo was sparkling clean, pool are great ! I like the small kitchen and washing machine which are well needed with 2 children.

The beds are not comfortable at all, and we had a lot of mosquitoes 🙄

Not worth of the price

Good location, quite new apartment, very clean, sea view, very good equipped kitchen

There was problem with the keys after opening hours. Communication with the owner through booking was terrible. Once I called to the agency they were kind and helped us. They additionally wanted fee for the bed sheets 10€ per stay per person! In the kitchen and in the bathroom there was no soap. So not possible to clean dishes or wash your hands. And do not forget to bring your own toilet paper….

Large apartment in great location. Would stay again

Location is excellent. Short walk to the sea, the supermarket, the old town and the bus station. Plenty of running and cycling routes too and a bike hire shop very close by. The swimming pool, although it had limited opening hours was lovely and we generally had it to ourselves. The balcony was also important and the shade welcome after a day in the sun The Saturday market beside the bus station is great We transferred from Venice airport by bus which is very efficient and extremely cheap

The kitchen facilities are limited and would not suit those who may wish to cook. We learned after our booking that beach facilities (sunbeds) were not included which was a surprise and I was also surprised that we needed to pay extra for bed linen. This seems to be a strange arrangement to me especially when we were traveling by air. Check in hours are also limited which is frustrating for those arriving early in the day

Na pokoji nebyla wifi (fungovala jen u hoteloveho bazenu). Pristylkove postele nepohodlne. Povlecení ani rucniky nebyly v cenĕ. Na pokoji byla dĕsnĕ silná neprizozena vůnĕ bytoveho parfemu.

Die tolle Lage, Tiefgaragenstellplatz und der saubere Pool. Sichere Eingangstür. Unkomplizierte Anreise und sofortiger Bezug des Apartments möglich.

Die Matratzen der Betten waren durchgelegen und man hat fast auf dem Gitter geschlafen. Strandplatz, Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen separat bezahlt werden und es fehlt ein Ganzkörper Spiegel im Apartment. Es gibt nur den im Bad. Sowie nur einen einziger Schrank im Apartment der Tür Hälfte mit Tagesdecken Wolldecken befüllt ist.

Lage: kurzer Weg zum Meer und ins Zentrum, Bäcker direkt ums Eck, Nähe zum Supermarkt Ausstattung: Bequemes Bett entgegen unserer Erwartung aus den anderen Bewertungen, relativ gut ausgestattete Küche - Basic aber ausreichend, schönes Bad, Klimaanlage, Tiefgarage

Balkon direkt zur vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße, kein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon, Lüftungsschacht in der Wand, durch den man nachts sehr laut den Verkehr gehört hat

Parcarea a fost ok, curățenia ok. Aer condiționat ok. Am ajuns în jurul orei 20:30 iar Agenția Luna Rosa m-a sunat când eram pe drum spunând că lasă cheile la un bar de lângă, ei fiind nevoiți să plece. Acest lucru mi-a plăcut foarte mult. ❤️

Am spus și la recepție la Luna Rosa, faptul ca vii de la drum lung și nu ai hârtie igienică la toaletă mi se pare îngrozitor. Costă doar 1€! Dar când vii de la o distanță de 7-800 km, poți ajunge noaptea și nu ai de unde cumpăra hârtie igienică sau șervețele! Cu cearșafurile și prosoapele la fel, ei spun pe internet ca nu sunt incluse dar ca la cerere se pot obține, dar ei nu specifică faptul că cearșafurile și prosoapele (de unică folosință) costă 10€ pe noapte de persoană! Frumos ar fi să specifice acest lucru pe Booking!

Er war grundsätzlich gut.

Die Anlage war grundsätzlich sehr nett, der Pool war sauber und die Lage war optimal. Wir hatten nur 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand und in der Nähe war auch ein großer Supermarkt!

Das Zimmer war für eine 4 köpfige Familie leider sehr klein. Ein Raum mit Küche, Esstisch, Kasten und 4 Klappbetten war nicht wirklich optimal.

Die Lage der Anlage ist zentral, man hat den Strand, Markt, Hafen, Supermarkt und auch einen Bäcker (offen schon ab 6:30 Uhr!) in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Küchenausstattung minimalistisch, kein Besen vorhanden. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist von außen nicht mehr so ansehnlich. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind etwas klein/eng für größere Autos. WLAN funktioniert ganz schlecht.

Ganz okay, aber die Ausstattung könnte besser sein

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat 2 sonnige Balkone, der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und der Lift sind ebenfalls angenehm.

Der Pool war einer der Haupt-Buchungskriterien, er war aber leider noch nicht eingelassen. Die Ausstattung war minimalst! Nur eine Handvoll Bechergläser, keine Wein-/Sekt- oder sonstige Gläser, kein Geschirrtuch und Spülmittel (wenigstens Erstausstattung wäre nett), keine Fußmatte im Bad, kaputte Balkonstühle, WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, etc. Das Appartement ist völlig okay, aber entspricht leider nicht ganz dem, was auf den Fotos vermittelt wird. Man könnte mit wenigen Kleinigkeiten eine deutlich bessere Urlaubserfahrung schaffen.
