Extremely clean and well located. The facilities were very complete and cozy. The staff treated us perfectly and kindly. One of us is vegetarian and they adjusted the breakfast accordingly. The best stay in our Japan trip. We were able to visit everything within walking distance and the Onsen was clean and relaxing.

I had a perfect stay, exactly what I hoped a stay at a ryokan would be like, the facilities were excellent and the staff were very kind and accommodating. When I am in the area again I will definitely return here.

Everything .
An experience of traditional accommodation and morning meal . They offer western style breakfast but the Japanese breakfast was healthy and tasty . Even if you are not rat a lot of fish .
I Enjoyed the osan but if you are not used to public baths ensure to book a room with your own bathroom.
The challenge is finding a place to eat . Especially later in the evening .
The staff assisted me on the second nightand I planned to have dinner before 6.30pm.
I do not know if this is a location challenge or everything shuts early being a smaller city .

Fabulous location in quiet street, yet very close to Omicho market and easy walking distance to the castle and Kenrokuen. Staff very helpful & welcoming. Bath room good as facilities. Room comfortable .good value for money.
