The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the castle and the fabulous Kenrokuen garden. There is a nearby convenience store. The property is spacious, quiet, clean and tidy and has a nice garden. The host was very responsive, kind and helpful.
We had an issue with the wifi not working, but the host responded quickly, was very apologetic and tried to fix the problem as soon as possible.
While 2 of the beds were regular firm mattresses and fine, 2 of the beds had wooden bases with a few thin mats stacked on them. Unfortunately it was too firm for us to be able to sleep. Other guests may be used to this style of bed and it may not be an issue, but it is important to note how hard these 2 beds are.

Japanese style home and garden, very well equipped in an excellent location.
The light colored sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on.

一棟貸しであり、子どもの声や物音に気を遣うことなく過ごすことができる。
オーナーが丁寧にやり取りしてくださる。小さい子どもがいることへの配慮やお心遣いもとてもありがたかった。
