Lovely Relaxing Stay

Perfect location, walking distance between the town and the beach. There was a lovely buffet breakfast each morning, the room was very comfortable, and there was a great book exchange downstairs. The owner was very kind and helpful, with lots of recommendations for our trip in Croatia. Thank you!

A kettle in the room would be a nice addition.

Ideal location close to Sunj beach.

Great location, close to Lopud town, and also the main sandy beach on Lopud, Sunj Beach. Has a small, quiet pool, which was very welcoming after walking in the very hot sun. The owner is very friendly, and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy.

Location right by the taxi (golf carts) to Sunj Beach. Exceptionally welcoming staff. Lovely little pool, great views and quiet. Nice fresh breakfast provided. Fabulous place on a unique island.

Would gladly recommend to anyone!

Exceptional service with a very welcoming host. The location is perfect, half way between the Lopud port and sandy Sunj beach. We didn't have time to use the swimming pool, but it was available even late at night. Plenty of breakfast choices, both sweet and savoury were offered. Our lovely host prepared boiled eggs for us. We even got a lift to the port by a golf cart.

It was so clean and perfect! Everything we could have wanted was there. Nice mini fridge, a balcony with a sunset view, great water pressure, and ac when needed. Also, the location is perfect!

Everything was wonderful! The pool was under repair while we were there, but it was to cool to swim anyway, so no negatives.

Lovely breakfast served on the terrace by the pool. Owner and cleaner were lovely and very helpful and friendly.

Cheap rooms with seaview and daytime taxi noise

Comfy but slightly outdated rooms with good views of the village and bay. Nice owners who are happy to help with anything. 15 minutes walk partially uphill from the ferry, on the busy path (noisy taxis during the day!) to Sunj beach. Connected to the White House pension, where guests have breakfast and can use the nice pool. The included breakfast is quite good for a pension.

Right next to the spot where taxis wait for tourists heading to Sunj beach - between about 09:30-18h it can get noisy with the cars, drivers and occasionally their music.

Perfect

Very good situation and calm 5/10min from the seaside where you can find restaurants, shops… At the corner you can catch mini-taxi-car to go to the beach on the other side of the island. The swimming pool is perfect for a small bath or for kids. We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony. All the staff are very helpful. Stayed 1 week with my 4 yo daughter and iI highly recommended this place.

Great but overpriced for what you get

As a budget option fine, but pricey for what you get. Great friendly host (Nico) and support, but badly organised; while they had confirmed my arrival early, upon finally having found the place (500 m from ferry) no one was there and I had to search around the property to find a staff member. Staff very flexible, e.g. as an extra service they did my laundry well. Pool small but nice. Nice fridge and AC in the room; maintenance a bit dated. Lopud is brilliant even in busy peak season; beaches on 2 sides of the island, closest one in the main port 200 m walk. Nice walks through the forest and hills, well signposted.

B'fast nice on the terrace, but very underwhelming; maybe worth 1-2 stars (no fruit at all, no fresh juice, no yoghurts) while the property charges for 3 stars Checkout is even more messy than check-in: while the booking.com reservation uses credit card, they cannot accept CC but only cash upon check-out. That's a complex to be planned extra walk to town for an ATM...
