One of the cheaper places on the island, but a bit pricy for what it is. (Sadly this is all of Croatia these days.)

The view from the property is amazing. Sadly the room with the balcony wasn't available. Željko and the Bosnian lady working there were super friendly. Željko's English is great. We weren't told about the pool, but found it and the view form there is divine.

The room is old, it's definitely in need of updating. I didn't find it dirty, perhaps a bit of dust here and there but definitely acceptable. Tereza herself was a bit cold and authoritarian, like a suspicious granny. Quaint and polite, but not welcoming. Breakfast was ample and acceptable, but expensive for what it is. However, this didn't really bother us.

Great location near Lopud harbor

Fabulous location near the harbor with nice restaurants etc. close by. We had a room with sea view and a small balcony, which we enjoyed a lot. We prefer hard beds like the one we had.

The cleanliness of the room can indeed be improved. We stayed 4 nights and the towels etc. were not changed once. Lots of mosquitos - so, be prepared for that. The room furniture is definetly old. In spite of all this we loved our stay here as a whole.

Overall very enjoyable and comfortable despite the small dislikes.

The view from the balcony was exceptional. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast and staff at Tomic ( same complex but above Teresa) was exceptional. The pool was brilliant.

So many steps but unavoidable to have an elevated view. No TV or in room tea/coffee making facilities. WiFi was restricted to areas of reception such as only in the bedroom. Not good sound proofing between rooms !!

Lovely stay in great location

Lopud is a beautiful island and the balcony of this apartment that overlooked the whole bay was amazing. The shared infinity swimming pool was incredible and very clean and relaxing after a busy day. Room is quite basic inside and old however it is not an issue and the balcony and pool area make it very good value for money. If you stay make sure you have the breakfast, it’s amazing and so tasty! You won’t need anything else to eat until dinner!! We will probably be back one day!

Very basic inside and with old furniture so not overly comfy but for the price and the other facilities the accommodation is amazing.

Amazing view and stay with a traditional family feel

Amazing location. Overlooking the main bay in Lopud. Room had balcony but there was also a communal veranda with chairs and tables and drying racks for swim gear. They had recently built a shared infinity pool (opened June 2023) which was amazing and a great bonus for us (as we’d booked in January and the pool was not a feature then) Owners and host were lovely and helpful. Breakfast cost €12 per person (payable in cash on departure) was varied and very generous. Meats, cheese, breads, homegrown tomatoes, eggs (of choice), pancakes (choice of filling) and banana/pears/apples). Brilliant. Lopud is amazing with loads of restaurants (varying in price) and amazing views.

Bathrooms are very small and with a shower curtain that stuck to you. Could do with being modernised but overall functional and clean.

Amazing get-away on a small Adriatic island with an infinity pool

The view, location, infinity pool. Željko is an amazing boy. Speaks good English and is extremely helpful and friendly.

A lot of mosquitos. I got bitten 40 times during the first night. I kept the windows closed for the rest of my stay. Bathroom could have been a tiny bit more cleaner. The wifi was down for the whole time (during my 5 night stay). Was supposed to be fixed during the first day, but unfortunately not. Luckily, it is a gorgeous island to spend without wifi as well. But if you happen to be ill during your vacation (I had a fever), then wifi would be great.

Fantastic location with a fantastic view and a kind family that takes care of your every need.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here! The view and location were amazing, the value for the money was great, but mostly I enjoyed the people. It feels like you're staying with one big Croatian family, which I just loved. Everyone was so kind. Oh, and the daily, very HUGE, breakfast was a highlight as well!

Awesome view from the balcony! It was really amazing. Air conditioning was working very good. Staff was very friendly and nice. We could also use the fridge on the corridor.

So the room we've stayed at was old. Bathroom was very old, water leak, black spots, shower didn't work well. And the wardrobe was very old and smell inside. We didn't keep our clothes there. Breakfast offer was also pricy. And bed- it was not double bed. It was two beds combined together - so in the middle there was a wood spot.

Location is ideal. In a quiet neighborhood high up in the hills with gorgeous views and yet a wonderful walk to the old city down to long old flights of stairs through various interesting neighborhoods

Excellent location, friendly staff, great view, the room is pretty simplistic but very cozy and has everything you need (there is also a large fridge in the hallway for all the guests to use).

The communication with the host and staff (really everyone, no matter which language) was very very friendly (thank you, Elvis, for answering endless questions). Authentic breakfast (not the usual tourist adaptation). The view from the rooms (including those without balcony, of which I booked one) is fantastic and it's great to sit on the terrace, including for sunset views. Really good value for the price.

It's no fair to complain for what you get, but if I have to: the beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Just a wonderful place!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your fabulous apartment: clean, tidy and comfortable. It was wonderful time for our family. So close to the beach, shops, bakery and restaurants! Bela and Željko, the young hosts, were very kind and helpful. We've never had so beautiful view from the terrace😊 It was absolutely georgeous! The Lopud Island was really peaceful after visiting crowded and noisy Dubrovnik.

We had a lovely , relaxing holiday here in October. Quiet, nice place with a lovely view . Location was perfect and surroundings were beautiful. Beds were comfortable, our room was modest (as expected) but very neat. This is a wonderful place for people who look after tranquility and beauty.

Location is a lovely 10 minute stroll from the harbour and access via some steep steps that was no problem for us. The accommodation was basic with a stunning view from a small balcony. Great value for money considering the location. The staff were friendly and breakfast was extra but worth the 10 euros.

Our bathroom was very dated.

Boende med fantastiskt läge intill strandpromenaden och cirka 10 min promenad från färjelägret. Blev vänligt mottagna av husets yngre värd som pratade bra engelska. Övrig personal kunde inte engelska överhuvudtaget men det löste sig ändå. Rummen var av äldre snitt och tyvärr var sängarna under all kritik. Utsikten från boendet var dock magiskt och som boende på pensionatet fick vi tillgång till systerhotellets poolområde vilket var topp. Många och bra restauranger bara ett stenkast från boendet

El personal majísimo. Todos me hicieron sentir muy cómoda en todo momento. La ubicación perfecta, y el balcón una maravilla. El personal y el desayuno 10/10. Me encantó que hubiese tantas plantas y tan bien cuidadas.

Quizás se podría mejorar un poco las instalaciones del baño, ya que se veía bastante antiguo y quizás cambiando la cortina de la ducha o el espejo mejoraría bastante la estética. Solo el primer día me duché con agua caliente, los otros dos con agua fría, es cierto que no me importó porque es verano y hace calor y no me quejé a nadie, pero bueno fue un detalle.
