A nice and comfortable stay in Paris

The hotel is situated at the 14eme arrondisement, it's close to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and has metro and tram stations right outside its door. Very clean, with comfortable beds and many amenities. There was a kettle available with coffee and tea and the room was cleaned everyday. Even though it's on a main and busy road it's very quiet. Overall a very good experience and I would defenitely choose Hotel Acropole for my next stay in Paris!

Our room (room 15) was at the first floor and the evelator was right outside our door, so that was a little bit noisy. The elevator starts from the first floor, so you have to climb a few stairs to go there. It wasn't a problem for us but it's good to know in advance. Other than that everything was great.

Not much.

Customer service was argumentative. They take your non-refundable payment a week before check-in and then tell you that the elevators don't work. Now you get to climb multiple floors with luggage and narrow staircases to reach a room that you didn't request. when you question the room given, they claim that all rooms are based on availability and you are out of luck. They could care less that you now have 2 opposite gender teenagers with only one bed. When you ask about the elevators not working, they claim that's not the case, they are under renovations which in their mind isn't the same as not working. Bottom line, they don't work. Don't request an airport shuttle when you book, they don't have a shuttle and all they do is call a taxe which you get to pay for.

Convenient location, friendly staff, delicious food

Front desk staff are so kind and friendly—it was me and my young children who stayed. The elevator was broken but the stairs weren’t a problem for my kids & I—we were on the next floor up. Breakfast was delicious as well. We loved having a vending machine available & the hotel is very close to the tram station as well as subway. We loved our stay & would return again

Nice and value choice

Spacious room, even open up two large luggage. Air condition works well in the room, and quipped with safe box and fridge. Great location, right in front of M4, T3a as well as several bus stations which are convenient to reach or transfer to many main spots in town. Staffs are also friendly! A nice place to stay for several nights.

A small elevator is provided to ship luggage, however you have to climb one floor before reaching it. Besides, it was out of order for more than half of the time during our stay.

OK but not the Best :)

The hotel is located in a fairly convenient location, but there is no parking space and the night costs over 20€ extra. The saddest thing is that the elevator was not working and our room was on the 7th floor, so climbing became a challenge. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and the bed linen is changed daily. Unfortunately, we could not stay on the last day and asked the staff in advance to cancel the reservation and refund at least part of the money for the absence, unfortunately we did not receive a cent and left the room unused, we gave the money as a gift. But the view from balcony was great to Eifel! :)

The Acropole accommodations and staff were the unanticipated chef's kiss of our wonderful EU trip!

The room location and the fact that we had access to a small terrace to watch the intersection below was not anticipated but greatly appreciated. When the double doors were close it was surprising quiet. Lastly the front desk gave us a recommendation for dinner and it was the best meal of our 10 day trip. I hope I can return and stay at the Acropole again!

I have nothing to critique. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very value to money.

Location surrounded by Asean food restaurant and Subway. It is also good location for metro transportation. The room is cleaned. Good value to money. Staff took action immediately when we told them about the WIFI problem.

I had the problem to carry big luggage to the elevator from ground floor to the 1st floor. If there is any tools can help to improve this inconvenient, then it will be great.

All the staff very kind! always with a smile ready to serve you and help you. also the room and the whole hotel was very clean with daily cleaning as well as change of towels. The breakfast is complete, with many options for all tastes and all fresh! The view is wonderful.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and central for most iconic landmarks

The hotel is about a 30/40 minute drive from the airport, it cost us 60 euros to get there. The location put us in roughly a 20 minute metro journey from most of the popular sites in the city. The staff were incredible friendly and helpful with any enquiries we had about journey planning and local restaurants. The bar next door has a special deal with the hotel that allows you get a discounted meal. The rooms are modern and comfy and the bathroom was very spacious.

The lift is very small, you could fit about 2 cases in and 1 person, not ideal for multiple people. There are also stairs in the reception that you must go up to gain access to the lift and the rooms. The door that we had for our bathroom was a sliding room rather than an swing door. The location is also at a very busy crossroads which leads to a lot of outside road traffic noise coming into the room.
