Well located but not the most comfortable

Well located (right next to "Porte d'Orléans" metro stop), clean room, pleasant staff

Moist and damp smell in the bathroom, and a large amount of soot fell when we turn on the lights. Bed and pillows are not the most comfortable

A small room sufficient for a relaxed sleep with easy commuting to various Paris areas

The metro station Line 4 very near. With the navigo 5 zones weekly ticket we were able to travel all arround the city. Of course commuting was near 40 minutes every time, but it was easy. Supermarkets near by. Quiet neighboorhood. The Internet was good, I had a webex 3 hours call without problem. The minifridge was small but efficient, kept cold my KEFIR and yogurt.We did not ate breakfast at the hotel, but we bought stuff from the supermarket.

The room was not cleaned properly. On Saturday the cleaning lady just changed towels and nothing else For this reason I rated low the cleaning. The other days replaced the towels, fixed the beds good and replaced tea, coffee and paper toilet. This irrated me because it was the last day and I wanted a clean room not sloppy cleaning without replaced consumables. The room was very small but we only stayed at night so no big deal. Carpet had stains.

A Nice hotel in Orléans Paris

1-The staff (all of them) are very welcoming and helpful. 2-Hotel location(Orléans) is very good, close to Metro & Buses, you can go to all important places in Paris by using public transportation. Orly Airport is not very far either. The area has everything you could ask for: bakeris, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies & supermarkets. 3-The rooms are clean & well maintained.

1- Noises from other rooms and the floor above could be annoying sometimes. 2- Breakfast could be improved (but it's acceptable)

Clean/ budget friendly accomodation in Paris

Clean, budget friendly accomodation in Paris - no complaints to be had. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Location is 5 mins away from the metro which takes you into the heart of Paris within 15 mins. A supermarket and boulangerie are right around the corner.

Great option well connected with all the city by bus or metro. The bed is very comfortable. Very cleaned with coffee.

Worst hotel ever

The location was the ONLY thing I liked. I did not like the size of the room. The staff was not helpful, nor did they clean my room.

The rooms were extremely small and the walls were paper thin! We could literally hear the couple in the next room having sex! The breakfast in NOT worth the money they charge you, nor did they clean my room! NEVER AGAIN would I stay at the Parc hotel, nor would I recommend the hotel to anyone else!
