If you’re looking for a cheap nice hotel. This is the perfect option.

Clean, great location, but basic

Location is great, rooms are clean, and relatively spacious. There are some with a bathtub even. Staff is helpful. Water pressure is great for Paris. There are enough electricity outlets.

There's only one card per room, which is uneffective and an unnecessary burden from a logistics point of view. The bathtub was missing it's plug and the Soap dispenser didn't work, but I'm sure they'd have fixed that if asked but it wasn't necessary. Apart from the Soap dispenser, there were no bathroom amenities (which also isn't a negative point per se, just a caveat for those who travel with the expectation to find them). The WiFi disconnects every couple of hours.

Disappointing

The location is not bad.

The sink was not working properly, there was no towel when I arrived, the bathtub was not great and had an air vent right above it, where cold air was entering when taking a shower. The elevator is SMALL. I barely fit there and it is not even a square.

Cheap but noisy and not clean

Had all the basics needed and the shower was good.

Next to the main road was noisy and the windows had little or no soundproofing Room service was available but there was no way of expressing that you did not want it so you could be in the loo or shower when they came in. The cupboards were full of dust and dirt.

it is not hotel, it is a motel. No reception, no luggage hold. the guy in the counter was rude to say the least. there is no lift and the room have to be accessed by a narrow staircase. luggage has to be carried upstairs. with children and elderly is not an option. the place smells like an old abandoned building. the place has yoga classes and massages in the first floor. never stay there.

Very bad stay

A nightmare.

Dirty room. Used and Dirty bathroom. No soap or shampoo in the bath. No towels at all !!! We stayed less than one hour and decided to go elsewhere. At reception, they told us that they will refund our stay but no refund received on my Amex card.

Low budget stay. You get what you paid for. Friendly staff.

Not clean at all. The bed and bathroom had stains. If you are looking for a low budget stay, there should be other better options. If you are a backpacker and don’t mind the cleanness, good option for your money.
