Good location near transport

Being told to leave my room key at the front desk each time you leave. I don’t see this anywhere before booking. Their policy does not reflect what they are asking.

After a challenging and uncompromising start where staff were little to no help with early arrival I warmed to the property.

Nice place very close to metro

Nice place just outside entrance to metro station, hotel freshly renovated, very clean, staff very kind.

The lift did not work one day but otherwise everything was great. It is outside the center of Paris but neighbourhood is calm and metro right outside.

Terminus Orleans Hotel is worth it

The hotel room was very comfortable though could've been slightly bigger. Housekeeping were excellent and the toiletries provided, TV and bed were all great quality, the hotel is also in a very convenient location right next to metro line 4 and the area aurrounding is quite peaceful. Very good budget hotel.

The room was functional and clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The location was central and we loved the patisserie across the street.

We were disappointed that a main subway route was not functioning which made transportation to tourist sites a bit trickier.

Great location and good value room in Paris

Very good location inside the so-called ring, just a few minutes walk from the metro, which made it easy to get to all the sights. The hotel was small but cute. The interior of the cafe was unexpectedly interesting, the continental breakfast was good quality. The room and bathroom were small, as is typical for Paris, but in very good condition and great for an overnight stay.

Great value for money; air-conditioned room in a quiet neighborhood of Paris.

Given the comfort of the room, the cleanliness, the air-conditioning (!) and the friendly staff, this was great value for money. I stayed here almost 10 years ago, and it was a wonderful trip down memory lane to see that everything was almost unchanged, with some huge improvements (e.g. air-conditioning).

The WiFi was unreliable, especially at night. Also, they did not keep track of the breakfasts (10 euros per person) very well--they did not realize that I was alone for the two breakfasts I ate (my wife was sleeping in) and I ended up getting charged double.

Worth it

Location: a safe zone in Paris, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, metro and bus station everywhere. The room is cleaned everyday, necessary facilities are equipped.

The traffic noises from street outside is inevitable even when you close the window, yet the room is relatively hot with window closed, so you need to chose one disadvantage to bear with.

Staff very gentle that help for every request. the room was very clean with nice balcon It seems far from downtown but you can reach really fast by subway that Is 10 Meter from the exit or with a beautiful Walk of 30 mins in a good area of the city

Location is fantastic, easy access to everywhere in centre, halal food near available this is more comfortable for me. Staff is very helpful and kind, cleanliness exceptionally well, breakfast good, i pay for 10 euro.

Washroom little small, ok for me because i am slim butt for fatty person i think difficult. HOTEL Name should be more prominent.

Exceptional

I have enjoyed my staying, the check in was easy and quick, the staff are so nice and professional they helped us with finding a parking near by the hotel. Great location as it is nearby the metro station . Beautiful view from the balcony. I would like to thank the breakfast host, a very nice lady that welcomed us in the morning. I would appreciate if the reception answer my message and send me the invoice . Thanks again and I will definitely come back.
