Spacious room with air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to the metro and a grocery store.

The room smelled bad every time we entered, so we had to ventilate it. There was construction work happening at the hotel, and the walls were very thin, so we could hear everything. Breakfast was okay.

Almost nothing

This hotel is in a fairly quiet neighborhood, and its location in a cul-de-sac makes it very quiet and peaceful, with no traffic. An urban Carrefour grocery is a half-block away, and the Ave Jean Moulin has several restaurants on the block that were quite good. Everything about this hotel was thoughtfully presented, with double pillows, large and thick towels, a small refrigerator, USB plugins on both side of the bed, and luggage stands. It's an old building (hence the tiny but very welcome elevator) that has been lovingly restored. The front desk is open 24/7, and the clerks all spoke English. The breakfast is simple but good (eggs and sausage as well as croissants and sliced meats). The buslines are a block away at the Alesia intersection to get buses into the heart of town; in the other direction, it's not far to the tramline for cross-town travel.
