Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was convenient for getting around Paris, and I found the staff

The room was a bit small and there was limited space for luggage. I also felt that some areas of the hotel could be improved or updated. However, overall my stay was still comfortable.

We loved our stay in Paris.

The area was a fantastic spot. Where French live. You can feel how true Parisians live and enjoy life. You can't get this experience in the city centre where everything is designed for tourists!

I knew what to expect so I cannot find anything bad about the hotel. It has everything you need from a 3 star hotel.

Quite, comfortable and total value for money.

Located in a very quite and accessible part of the city. Hotel rooms are very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Zohreh at reception went out of her way to leave some wonderful surprise for my son. It really made our stay memorable. I will come back here without thinking twice.

Rooms are not sound proof. Can here ppl talking while going out of lifts and xxx activity in other rooms clearly 🤣 Lift is small and slow

Budget hotel

Friendly reception which was available for 24 hours. They were welcoming and able to store luggage for up to 2 weeks which was amazing and helpful. Very budget hotel, old, not fancy or new but it is sufficient, especially for a quick short trip in Paris.

Lovely quaint hotel, quiet location, near shops & restaurants

Lovely hotel, great staff, wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend! The beds are great & the air conditioner was a lifesaver in 32C heat!

a very short stay but i would have preferred staying elsewhere

location near gare montparnasse. staff was decent and helpful especially in calling a taxi

room was very small and old . walls were so thin you could hear other people having sex ( moaning). lift was very small. 2 ppl could barely fit into it . they took one nights security deposit which no other hotel in paris took on my credit card which i still havent received. its been 5 days . they should give it back on check out immediately in my opinion.

Very elegant, quiet and convenient location in Paris. The Mass at the nearby church Saint Pierre has beautiful music.

Very comfortable stay

Nice and clean room, with bed linen arranged everyday and clean towels changed on a daily basis. Good water pressure (and no drain smells). Able to leave luggage at reception while room was prepared and once we checked out.

Hotel with lots of character in a good position.

Very clean hotel in a good location near our family. We were pleased there was a lift as well as stairs.

The walls were thin so we could hear people in neighbouring rooms. A fridge would have been appreciated.

Excellent choice to stay right in the heart of the city

The room was perfectly comfortable for my little family. We slept exceptionally well, even late into the morning. We were greeted warmly even though we arrived late in the evening. It was absolutely a delightful first experience in Paris for my little girls (second time for me ☺️)

Unpleasant stay

- The walls are so thin that I could hear people talking and watching TV next to you. It feels like I am sleeping with other people I don’t know. In the morning you wake up whenever your next door wakes up, which for me unfortunately was 7am - The receptionist is unfriendly and did not made me feel welcome. Also got rejected to have breakfast in the morning for no reason.

It has a nice atmosphere

The taxi we arrange to pick us up at. 8 didn’t turn up . The evening reception said they had pre booked , the morning duty lady said it want and was to be honest a bit rude in not accepting we had pre booked it . Small detail thankfully we had lots of time .

Comfortable convenient stay away from the tourist crowds

For a three-star hotel in a local neighbourhood of Paris, this delivered exactly what I was hoping for - a small but comfortable room, nice bathroom, convenient to the metro, away from the tourist crush. Not a four star but felt nicer than a three star. Staff was polite and helpful. Would stay again!

The hotel's nice and in a decent spot, close to good restaurants and bars in Montparnasse. Hot shower, comfortable bed. Enough room to enjoy a stay for two people.

some of the staff were friendly and very helpful while others were quite the opposite. The hotel is located about a five minute walk from the train as well as bus station which was quite convenient.

The smell from the bathrooms was absolutely horrendous. so much so that we had to place a towel under the door to keep the smell from coming out. The rooms were poorly lit. The lamp over the bathroom sink was broken as well as the shelf next to the sink. The shower leaked water over the entire left side of the bathroom.
