The best hotel in Valle di Ledro

Perfect place for taking a rest. The best location in Valle di Ledro. Delicious food in restaurant, breakfast with amazing views. There is an opportunity to take electric MTB bikes from the hotel. Last but not least, Marco and his wife (the owners) are unique and you can feel like at home, the atmosphere is great. They are really helpful and we really appreciated it! This is a top spot!

The location on the lake shore , the beautiful vista, the private sunlingers and the pier, gives you access to all the best amenities at Lake Ledro. The staff were there to assist us with all our wishes. The ease of renting our e-bikes, the new spa section and the garden suites make this a top choice in Ledro!

Only downside, the replenishment of platters at the breakfast buffet. But that is it!

The best place to taste the Garda Lake surroundings

This place is absolutely amazing. In the best place of the Ledro Valley, by the lake, with fabulous surroundings. And this is just the beginning of your stay. Then you should only allow to feel the charme of this place. Service is great, even when happened to you arrive in the middle of the night. Great dinners.

The hotel is very close to the lake. We had a very nice lake view from the room. The owner including the staff was very nice and pleasant, they gave excellent service and were attentive to customers.

Best location in Ledro

The best location in the very centre by the lake, close to supermarket, Luna park and pizza house. Private garden with sunbeds. The breakfast was fantastic (they serve organic honey). Hotel has great bar and the team running it is very friendly and professional.

Big dissapointment, unfortunately.

The view to the lake and mountains is fantastic! Its exactly as beautiful as on the photos. The hotel house is also nice and also outside terrace.

The staff was not helpful. They had indoor swimming pool described on the booking.com site, but it appeared it was closed already couple years time. When we wanted to cancel the stay due to that they did not care and said we can do that but with 100% room rate penalty. Very disappointing. Make no mistake despite the fact that the surroundings of the hotel is a 5 star level and even the hotel building outer view, the hotel itself and service is less than 3 star. There is no fridge in the room, bed is not comfortable, no air conditioning, rooms are small and weared. The breakfast was not good, the scrambled eggs and bacon were like made one day before, not much choice as well. The dinner we cannot comment as we did not try it, but the view from terrace is beautiful. The hotel is massively over priced. I really wish them well, but they have to be more customer responsive if they want to be succesful and they have to improve the breakfast. They have such a fantastic surroundings for the hotel, so much potential.

The only good thing is the location

The view from the breakfasts.

The room said a balcony with hill view, but it was parking view. The toilet seat was broken The walls are so thin I could hear the snores of the people in the other room all night, not to mention when they went to the toilet. The bed was squeaking a lot.

Room might me ok for two people, but if you are 4 you get a double room with 4 beds at the double of the price of a room. All room being occupied by the four beds there is almost no space left to move.

Und trotzdem waren es 2 wunderschöne Tage.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich 😊 und wir wurden sofort upgegradet auf eine Junior Suite mit Garten.

Das einzige das zu bemängeln war, uns wurde nicht gesagt, dass für den Wellness separat zu bezahlen ist. Bei der Abrechnung wurden für 2x Sauna für 2 Personen 100,00 Euro verrechnet.

ottima colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. La camera molto spaziosa è stata molto apprezzata, la direzione ci ha omaggiato della vista lago (vedi foto)

Bel hotel, bella posizione ma tante cose meh. Probabilmente punta ad un target differente e che non ha limiti di spesa.

La camera, per lo più, rispecchiava quello che era promesso nelle foto dell’annuncio. La posizione del hotel e la vista dalla camera erano di pregio. Lo spazio esterno del hotel( fronte lago) molto bello e sfruttabile.

Colazione sufficiente nei contenuti, non di qualità in tutte le sue componenti: macedonia in barattolo e non fresca, frutta a disposizione vecchia per lo più, succo d’arancia del supermercato e non spremuta e la cosa peggiore é il mancato riassortimento nelle ore della colazione. Mi spiego meglio; la colazione va dalle 8 alle 10 e 30, ma se, come nel nostro caso, vi recate a colazione dalle 9 e 30 in poi e indicate delle mancanze vi verrà detto che verso la fine non mettono fuori altro cibo, ricreando il fastidioso fenomeno del “chi primo arriva, meglio alloggia” poiché, di fatto, le cose che finiscono prima non avrete mai la fortuna di assaggiarle. In un hotel questo é un po’ meh, a mio parere. Ulteriore considerazione riguarda la cena. É impossibile accordarsi per avere la mezza pensione, nonostante il ristorante ci sia. Di fatto la possibilità é concessa, ma il prezzo non é assolutamente paragonabile alla mezza pensione. In poche parole l’unica possibilità per cenare all’hotel é con il menù alla carta e pagando il prezzo indicato. Il problema diventa rilevante al momento della lettura del listino prezzi che non é alla portata di tutti anzi. Non ci sono sconti o agevolazioni per gli ospiti dell’hotel e difficilmente é possibile cenare spendendo una cifra sostenibile. Primi non sotto i 16€ e secondi che superano anche i 30€. Chiaramente il guadagno così é assicurato soprattutto nel caso di persone anziane che magari hanno qualche difficoltà a spostarsi in altri locali e che si trovano “costrette” a cenare lì, ma questa é solo una mia considerazione personale. Infine é stata eliminata la piscina interna che é stata sostituita da una spa che non viene compresa nel pacchetto per gli ospiti ma anche per quella viene richiesto un pagamento extra. Piccola postilla, nessun frigo in camera.

Rigenerante se si ama il contatto con la natura.

La posizione strategica sul Lago, ai ristoranti e al piccolo supermercato a pochi centinaia di metri. La vicinanza agli innumerevoli percorsi che si possono scegliere se fare in bici o a piedi. La presenza di una piccola SPA direttamente nella struttura ad uso esclusivo per la durata di 90 minuti.

Posizione della camera molto confusionaria: proprio difronte all’ascensore. Prezzi del ristorante davvero troppo elevati.

posizione sempre ottima fronte lago, senza paragoni colazione molto buona e abbondante tutto il personale gentile soprattutto reception e addetti pulizie proprietario simpatico e accogliente ambiente pulito

camera sotto tetto scomoda con letto alla francese scomodo (ns scelta per risparmiare un po' ma pensavo meglio, ormai è tutto troppo costoso) qualche ragnatela qua e là il phon fa saltare la corrente, segnalato anche lo scorso anno ristorante di livello troppo alto, io proporrei piatti più modesti, opinione personale che mi ha portato a mangiare altrove nei dintorni

Locatie, fietsenstalling, vriendelijk personeel en ontbijt.

We hadden 3 bedden geboekt en één bed bleek een soort slaapstoel te zijn. We hebben wel een extra topper gekregen maar bleef smal en minder comfortabel.

Bardzo polecam (mimo kilku uwag - o czym poniżej)

Jak na warunki włoskie śniadanie urozmaicone i smaczne. Lokalizacja samego hotelu bardzo dobra (tuż nad jeziorem). Komfort i estetykę apartamentów w nowo wybudowanej części oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Już niedługo będzie dostępna sauna w tej części co jeszcze bardziej wpłynie na komfort pobytu. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje postawa managera hotelu - Marco: bardzo przyjazny, pomocny i elastyczny w podejściu do potrzeb gości.

Ogródki nowo dobudowanej części apartamentowej wychodzą na "przelotową" ulicę - nie jest to bezpośrednie sąsiedztwo - odległość kilkaset metrów - ale chcąc korzystać z ogródka hałasy z ulicy są jednak słyszalne. Może warto pomyśleć o posadzeniu kilku drzew, które mogłyby służyć za naturalną ochronę przed hałasem. Postawa niektórych pracowników obsługi była czasem zbyt wymagająca w stosunku do gości - było to widoczne szczególnie przy chęci zmiany miejsca z wnętrza budynku na zewnątrz w trakcie śniadania. Zauważalna była irytacja jednej z pań, jeżeli nie postępowało się zgodnie z wyznaczonymi przez nią sztywnymi regułami... Z jednej strony nie mam nic przeciwko zasadom, z drugiej strony jestem na wakacjach i bardziej oczekiwałbym elastyczności w tak prozaicznej sprawie jak zmiana miejsca na śniadaniu... Trudnym momentem była tez karczemna awantura pomiędzy tą panią a kucharzem w trakcie jednego ze śniadań. Pozostała obsługa przemykała między stolikami i przepraszała klientów. Szkoda, bo takie drobnostki niepotrzebnie psują bardzo duży potencjał, który jest w tym miejscu oraz starania managera, którego raz jeszcze pozdrawiam. Myślę, że postawa niektórych osób z obsługi jest już w centrum zainteresowania managera, i jest to kwestia czasu gdy ulegnie poprawie.

Preis-Leistung stimmen leider nicht, außer man möchte 80% nur für "direkt am See" bezahlen

Die Lage direkt am Ledro-See mit privatem Liegebereich und direktem Zugang zum Wasser ist phantastisch. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit inkl. überdachtem Stellplatz für Fahr-/Motorräder ist vorhanden. Eiscafé, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Tretboot-/Kanu/SUP-Verleih sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Sehr gute Lage für Tagesausflüge in die Berge oder an den Garda-See. Frühstück nix besonderes, aber alles da, was der typisch deutsche Tourist sich so wünscht. Positiv erwähnt werden muss hier explizit noch der Herr (Pächter, Gastgeber - ??), der freundlich grüßte, lächelte und sich bedankte, als wir ihm die Strandtücher zurück gebracht haben

Wo soll ich jetzt anfangen ? Der Empfang unserer 3er Gruppe (Motorradfahrer) am Freitag-Nachmittag war "unterkühlt". Schlüssel wurde übergeben, Zimmertür öffnete sich: vor uns befand sich sich winziger Raum (max.12qm), davon 1/3 Dachschräge mit 2 Betten (max. 80cm), daneben (halb unter der Dachschräge) ein Sessel, aufgeklappt zur Schlafcouch. Es waren Fächer zur Aufbewahrung für Kleidung vorhanden, aber KEINE Möglichkeit auch nur EINE Motorradjacke/-Hose aufzuhängen. Badezimmer war im Verhältnis zum Zimmer groß (5qm), allerdings gab es a) NUR KALTES WASSER und b) nur EINEN EINZIGEN Mini-Handtuchhalter (40cm) für 3 Pers. (?!?). Wir haben das umgehend bemängelt, jedoch wurde uns "freundlich" erklärt, dass dies nun mal das Zimmer sein, welches wir gebucht haben. Upgrade (auch gerne mit Aufpreis) wäre nicht möglich. "Wasserproblem" wäre bekannt und man würde daran arbeiten... auch am Abreisetag (Sonntag-Morgen) wurde nur kalt geduscht. Frühstück: anstelle eines freundlichen "guten Morgen" wurde erstmal nur nach Zimmernummer "gebellt" und uns erklärt, man müsse gefälligst sein Besteck selbst vom zugewiesenen Platz (Zimmer xy) mitnehmen, wenn man draußen frühstücken möchte und ja nicht die Platz-Sets und den Tischmülleimer vergessen ! An dem einzigen Kaffeevollautomaten bildete sich eine ewig lange Warteschlage. Es gab zwei Flaschen Wasser (je ca. 0,7l) für ca. 20 Gäste. Auf meine Bitte, uns doch bei 3 Pers. gleich eine ganze Flasche zu geben, wurde uns die Flasche gnädigerweise zur Verfügung gestellt mit dem Hinweis, dass das heute eine Ausnahme sein, aber das morgen nicht ginge, weil das Wasser wäre ja für alle da..... um Punkt 10:29 Uhr wurde uns dann das 1/2 volle Glas Wasser und die 1/2 volle Kaffee-Tasse entzogen, mit der Begründung, die Frühstückszeit (8:00-10:30) wäre jetzt vorbei und man müsse die Tische jetzt für den Lunch vorbereiten.

Ho trovato un po’ limitato il menù nel senso che cenando ogni sera in hotel, gli ultimi giorni non sapevamo più cosa scegliere. Suggerisco, lasciando in menu principale invariato, ogni sera proporre un piatto nuovo. Comunque tutto ottimo
