Perfection, fabulous breakfasts and a lovely personal service.

This place has the most beautiful garden and pool in the mountains you can get. The staff and owner are super nice people, helpful. Rooms are clean and spacy but without a table to sit at. The surroundings of this hotel are stunning.

Nice, but not sure I would stay there again

Lovely hotel, our room was very big and comfortable. Lots of choice at breakfast. The gardens were lovely. Big bonus was that you could rent bikes (a large selection of different types) and cycle around the lake.

The biggest disappointment was that you have to PAY for the spa (£120 to use it for 2 hours). This wasn't mentioned to us before our stay. The pool was cold and the jacuzzi wasn't running.

Exceptional

The room is huge, super queen size bed, jacuzzi bath in the corner and separate bathroom, fridge, safety deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was brilliant with cold meats and cheeses to pancakes, natural yoghurt and honey (something for everyone). The staff couldn't do enough for us and all spoke English. The grounds and setting are fabulous and we will be back for a holiday instead of a one night stopover during the Trans Alps. Thank you.

Fantastic room in a fantastic location

The hotel has great facilities and is in a fantastic location - less than 5-minute walk to Lago di Ledro. We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms and they are great.

The food in the restaurant was not great.

A wonderful 2 night stop

Lake Ledro is a small, beautiful lake which makes for an excellent 12km circular walk. Reception is very friendly and helpful. The recommendation to walk the old Ledro path down the hillside to Riva Del Garda was fantastic. The key is to follow the instructions as to where to park, find the near by signs for the footpath and then enjoy the increasingly spectacular, beautiful views. We then toured the northern section of the Lake by boat and got a taxi back to our car (well worth the 22 euros). Also fantastic was the restaurant. My wife raved about the ice cream and wild berries. I loved the top 2 red wines! We would recommend friends to stay here.

Schick renoviert, aber die Summe der kleinen Dinge die uns negativ aufgefallen sind, haben unseren Aufenthalt geprägt

Das Hotel wurde in 2020 renoviert und das ist optisch wirklich gelungen. Zimmer, Wellnessbereich und Speisesaal sind modern, stilvoll und auch die Lichtplanung ist super.

Da gibt es leider mehrere Punkte: Check-in: Späte Ankunft, kein Außenparkplatz mehr frei. Also in die offene Tiefgarage gefahren, einen unbeschrifteten Platz genommen und das beim Check-in korrekt gemeldet. Erst war alles in Ordnung (7 € pro Nacht), von einem anderen Kollegen wurden wir dafür ausgiebig getadelt, da fühlt man sich nicht Willkommen geheißen... Zimmer: Heizkörper rauschte hörbar selbst auf niedriger Stufe. Der Badlüfter lief lange nach und klang dabei wie ein kleiner Düsenjet. Die Toilettenspülung kannte nur die große Taste. Highspeed-Internet war im Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Wellnessbereich: Am Abend standen rund 30 benutzte Becher herum, nur drei saubere waren noch da. Snacks oder Tee wären eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Essen: Es wird mit zwei „Gourmetsonnen“ geworben – wir sind uns bis heute nicht sicher, ob das ein offizielles Gütesiegel ist oder Marketing-Poesie. Das Essen war okay, aber nicht auf dem Niveau, das man nach dieser Anpreisung erwarten würde. An einem Abend war der Fisch sehr trocken, insgesamt fehlte häufig der gewisse Pfiff. Die Käseplatte war dagegen jedes Mal sehr gut, auch wenn der Blauschimmelkäse einmal als Emmentaler beschriftet war. Sonstiges: Am letzten Morgen gab es um 6:24 Uhr einen Feueralarm. Kann passieren, aber ein Hinweis gehört in eine ehrliche Bewertung.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Zimmer war modern, sauber und komfortabel. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstück mit einer grossen Auswahl und vielen lokalen Spezialitäten. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in der Region.

Colazione sublime, molto ricca sia la parte dolce che quella salata. Posizione ottima: vicinissima al lago e al centro, raggiungibili a piedi o in bici fornite dall'albergo. Zona piscina adatta anche ai bambini

Sarebbe stato bello avere la possibilità di avere l'aria condizionata nelle camere. La notte faceva molto caldo con le finestre chiuse e tenendole aperte, dando su una strada, si sentivano troppi rumori.

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, die eigentlich fehlen die Worte um das Frühstück zu beschreiben. Der Garten mit Pool sind perfekt gepflegt. Personal super höflich, zuvorkommend und immer bemüht. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns durchgehend die Frage gestellt, warum das Hotel nicht min. 4 Sterne hat.

Wir hatten das Apartment, Der Garten war spitze und sehr gepflegt. Die Entfernung zum See 250 m. Restaurants gab es sehr viele im Ort und am See
