Very good location and value for your money. It is a hostel (with everything that entails), but we stayed in a double room (converted hostel room) and that was clean and we had no complaints. They have their own parking in the house (but it is very tight).
The parking is VERY tight.

Nice to have a kitchen
Kitchen was very dirty, probably a fault of the residents rather than the cleaning team. Once again the light and chargers in the beds did not work so we had to move rooms. This is a common issue with a&o hostels unfortunately.
