Checking in was very easy and the hotel rooms were very cozy. All the staff were friendly and helpful and Tahir was a pleasure and very helpful.

The location, it was close to different markets,tram stop and underground station.
The kitchen is too little.

Free welcome coffee was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly.
The location is not very close to most attractions, and the train station is about a 12-minute walk away. The place is quite large, and as a first-time visitor, I found it a bit confusing to navigate. I had trouble finding the guest kitchen, so a physical sign or guide would be more helpful than verbal directions.
