Clean room with linnen and towel provided.
Shared kitchen and laundry services. Cozy environment in reception with facilities of bar, billiard, large TV screen and dinning table where we can work on laptop with plenty of power sockets provided.
No proper cleaning of laptop table area where we had many flies hovering over the foods and coffee cups.
There was no cleaning staff available to clean the kitchen and dormitory toilets.

Free welcome coffee was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly.
The location is not very close to most attractions, and the train station is about a 12-minute walk away. The place is quite large, and as a first-time visitor, I found it a bit confusing to navigate. I had trouble finding the guest kitchen, so a physical sign or guide would be more helpful than verbal directions.
