    The only downside is this is close to railway tracks which makes it really annoying and if you're traveling in summers you need to keep window open cause there is no AC or Fan in room. Apart from this everything else was really good and really recommendable.

    Loud noise from the street. There are rooms next to the street. Very loud at night. This is unlawful in Germany. ....There are quiet rooms away from the street....several people requested to be moved. They did have availability. Front desk did. nothing. Unlawful in Germany and most countries

    The title is the manager answer to an unresolved issue cause by their unprofessionalism. I emailed them 6 months prior to the trip. To ask that both bookings made with THE SAME account will be in the same room. We had very simple ask. They responded saying it would be dependent on availability. Which is the standard answer. Fine. 6 month PRIOR is kinda hard to beat with the sheer number of rooms available. We were not difficult, they just lied. Saying everyone had check in. Like we couldn’t see ppl checking in as we spoke. Anyway. They might have a different category right? But our (separate) rooms had empty beds. Till morning. Had to check out in the middle of our stay to check in again in a different room + both ended up in a category cheaper than what we booked with more ppl in the room. I don’t understand the why. It’s very very common to have basic request like this, it’s a 2 second fix up and we all go about our day. The intention is what bothers me. And the inappropriate response. I light sound petty cause it’s not a big deal per se, but I travel a lot and never put bad reviews.. every interaction rubbed me the wrong way. Stay away from this place.
