Nice place to stay. The room is quiete nice. The bathroom wasnt clean and there are some broken parts. The hallway is quiete noisy and you can hear it from the room. I dont recommand the restaurant thats a rip off.
Obvisouly the restaurant. It s not a gastronomy restaurant that s just a rip off for strangers

I arrived at the property at nighttime and left early in the morning, and so my experience is very limited. What I liked was the size of the room and the bathroom in particular. The bed was large and comfortable.
It could have been due to the winter season, but I found that the general state of the facilities was not accurately represented in the pictures. Also, there was urine in the toilet on my arrival and the personnel at the service desk looked as if they would rather not be there.

The facility, AC and heating, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfy and very clean. Walls felt very soundproof too.
It was hard to find Bolt/Ubers from Disney paris back to the hotel. 30 Euros that the app generates won't get you a ride at night from Disney Paris. Had to pay 50 euros. Train was estimated to be 100+ mins from Disney Paris to Mitry Station.

Great location for overnight prior to dropping car at the airport and flight home. Good Breakfast, Very nice setting with lots of parking.
Lack of dining option except for formal dining room which did not open until 7pm. Lack of sound proof rooms with lots of noise from guest walking by our room or talking in nearby rooms.

Room was spacious and had a bathtub.
Not very clean. Restaurant closed. Very few dining alternatives on a Sunday. The place is clearly set up for various conventions, but was virtually empty when I was there. Its “mountain lodge” decor was surprising and not very appealing.

Very nice hotel in style. friendly staff. well located for accessing Roissy CDG airport. quiet area. lot of place for carpark. Very good breakfast with tasty food selection. Excellent gastronomic diner with good wine selection.
I would have been pleased to stay a bit longer, but it was just a short stop before taking the plane.

Proximity to airport.
STAFF WAS AWFUL. They don’t care about tourism at all. We managed to book and arrive at hotel at 9 pm after flight was just cancelled, for the second day in a row. They couldn’t serve us in restaurant - we were starving so they offered us room service. We decided to do that as we didn’t have a car and the closest town was a few miles away. The menu looked high end as well, a dish costing 20-30 euros. After waiting an hour, we received our “room service” which was premade/prepackaged jars of food warmed in the microwave! We were so hungry and decided to try since it was now 10:30 pm. It was terrible. We sent it back and the staff tried to have us pay the 76 euros (yes, for soup and 2 entrees) multiple times after showing up at the door and calling. The next morning they still wanted us to pay. It was so bad! Out of all the places we have stayed in the EU, this took the cake for worst ever.

Experience like staying in the woods but yet elegant as in some castle. Both in one. Amazing
Restaurant for dinner is also available for exterior guests, that are not very baby friendly.
Also, not that good food and prices are the same as in some Michelin star restaurants. Just order Uber. And also bar drinks could be cheaper, 12€ one beer.

It is very charming building
No posible options to have a coffee or some food in hotel if you didn’t book in advance. Beautiful environment but lacking of services as cafe. We try to order room service they first of all didn’t have menu in English, then I’ve chosen one dish, to bring it to the room cost extra 10€, after few minutes they called and said that this particular dish they don’t have… to have a dog in a room cost extra 30€ and they don’t provide nothing for dogs (as plates, or bed as many hotels offer).

We were on the go so did not eat there.
Staff should make the effort to put people, especially seniors close to front desk. Some rooms are a real long walk to get to.

This is our second time at this accommodation. We very much enjoy the quiet location (but still within decent driving distance to Paris, airport and Disney) and the restaurant (particularly dinner). The rooms are of good size, preserving the manor character but still clean and comfortable. EV charging stations are available free of charge which was a big plus for us.
I recall the breakfast being of better quality than what we found this time. We would have liked some fresh vegetables and the bacon looked a bit off.

The breakfast choice was fabulous and quality of the food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful.
There was nothing we did not like

Honestly nothing really super positive to say. Front desk Staff were lovely and pleasant on check in and check out. Pretty surroundings and a lovely church visible. This place has so much potential honestly I was a little heartbroken 💔 the shower (at least) was a good highlight.
This hotel doesn’t feel like a four star. Mainly let down by the standard of food if you can fix that, you’ll have a winner. The buffet style breakfast was super disappointing. The room service meal was an absolute ‘price gouging’ 140 euros for three tiny mini glass jar meals, sodas and two Thumbelina puddings. There was only half a cup of coffee! My family were super super disappointed in the food choices and were expecting great dining. I expected so much more based off the pictures and pricing 6000kr fro two nights (2 rooms). The day we arrived the daily rate had also dropped versus my careful pre booking.
It’s very remote so you can’t really walk anywhere (to shops) except if you go along highways.

Great location near CDG

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The area is perfect for us as it is close to CDG but in a quiet quaint community to walk our dogs. The restaurant is great! Dinner is always wonderful.
Breakfast could be a bit more generous but really it's also quite good with a nice variety. Just needs closer attending to, to keep supplied.

The atmosphere takes you back in time, the furniture, paintings and decor. Also a very quiet environment. My room had a beautiful terrace. Great meal and very professional service.
Think the drink card is also a bit expensive.

the wires on the lamps were not properly fitted they were potentially dangerous other then that hotel was beautiful

The food in the restaurant is world class. The hotel is quiet I was allowed to store my suitcases in the locker room while I rode my bike in France. This was most appreciated.
No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. No lunch offered in the restaurant. The restaurant was also closed on Sunday nights so if you didn't have a car (like me) there are no nearby local restaurants. The staff did offer a couple of dishes as room service but the choice was extremely limited.

room and hotel were lovely.
Breakfast was expensive & coffee from drinks machine was disappointing

The buffet dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful and polite.
They have a pool table but it needs recovering and none of the cues had tips. It is totally overpriced. We were charged €12 a pint for a very poor ale. The evening buffet was €58 per person. All the wine was totally overpriced, starting at about €48 a bottle (and at that price there were only a couple). There was no information about pricing.

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Lovely setting and great location. Great facilities. Breakfast was fabulous!!!
We felt the restaurant, for dinner, was seriously over priced and while the quality of the food was excellent, the meal was typical of purportedly, "higher end establishments". "Oh, you'd like some greens with your expensive main? Well, please check out our over priced salad options...."

lovely hotel, rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well equipped. The pool was a nice addition and the kids enjoyed it. Plenty of parking as well.
Twi suggestions:
1) work on the value for drinks and food. I ordered a glass of wine and for 9€ it was like a shot of wine. The price of breakfast was a shock at 20€ for adults and 15€ for children. It would be better for guests to include breakfast at a more reasonable rate.
2) would be good to have a mini bar fridge in rooms
