Convenient, friendly, clean hotel

It was convenient, nice and clean with friendly staff.

The check-in process was a bit confusing, as the front desk was closed in our building and we had to go to another building for check-in and questions.

Okay good for money for one night to lie down when needing early flight

Was in a great hotel in great location for what we needed but a 7 mins taxi booked by hotel cost 30 euros which is insane. Staff where nice

Perfect location for the airport or getting into Paris

Lovely helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfortable rooms.

Had to buy bottled water as tap water wasn’t drinkable. Could only buy small bottles for €2.50 each. A better value option should have been available. Also the email reference the shuttle service needs to be clearer on how to book the shuttle from airport, as we waited at shuttle sign for over 30mins and no where did it say you had to book it. We ended up paying for a taxi.

Avoid this hotel at all costs

Nothing!

To start with, the hotel reception was in a different building. A reception in a different building is extremely inconvenient after a long journey with luggage. My room smelled of cigarettes and had a leaking sink. When I went back to reception almost at midnight (we had a late flight), the first question the staff member asked was, “How bad is it?”—as if I could still stay there with my child! Then he gave me another room and asked if I could drop the first key back at reception (again, in another building!). I found it ridiculous that, instead of apologizing for their incompetence, I had to go up and down doing a service for the reception staff, rather than the other way around. I left the key in the room. The second room still smelled of cigarettes and had a blocked sink, but at least it didn’t leak. The room itself was tiny and extremely basic—there was no soap either. Breakfast was very minimal. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

worth the money for a one night stay

room was clean but very basic. No soap, no cup for water. breakfast was good, coffee was good. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. We had a plane cancellation and needed to figure out whether we had to check out or stay another day. Staff worked with us to figure it all out.

Good location for aeroport

It is basic hotel and great for overnight if travelling from CDG next morning. Quiet and great for sleeping.

Breakfast was overpriced for such a small selection. Just bread, croissant, jam, yogurt, one type of cereal, juice and coffee. Even no boiled egg or cheese. The hotel also charged for child’s breakfast full price as an adult’s. Only one towel for two persons.

Nobody in the front reception most of the time, no furniture in my room, elevators unresponsive, breakfast was laughably small, this hotel could use a performance improvement for sure…

Exceptional

I had an amazing experience at the hotel,not because the hotel was five star but staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had lost my travel document and had to wait in France. Special mention goes to Katarina for amazing service. This Lady is an angel and is an asset to your hotel. I can never thank everyone one at this hotel enough. Gloria was grateful 🙏

Impossible to get a taxi and the shuttle stops too early in the morning If they call a taxi for you it’s double the bolt/Uber price The restaurant buffet looked like the food had been mauled. I couldn’t touch it

Comfortable bed and decent shower. Also bonus of a basic breakfast (I hadn't realised it was included).

Overpriced shuttle to airport, this service should be included! Also, directions to find the shuttle from the airport were not up to date because of works in the airport. I was very lost. I tried to contact the hotel but there was no reply on the phone which was frustrating. I ended up having to find a public bus to get to the hotel, luckily I was on time to take the final one of the night!

It's very hard to find your way to the hotel from the airport, I traveled a few times to the EU but CDG is not very friendly to travellers from the USA or Canada, CDG airport is Ok to visit France but not to be used as an international connection to other countries Amsterdam is way better as a connection hub

CDG is not suitable for interconnection hubs!
