Not impressed with this hotel. Much further than expected. Shuttle bus took over an hour - when I contacted the hotel for some assistance I got no response until the day I checked out and it was a ‘stock’ response that didn’t address my concerns. My booking was lost at check-in which took much longer to check in resulting in missed time to utilize facilities on top of the long shuttle wait at the airport. Not worth the money. On top of that in the morning when accessing the shuttle to the airport the gentleman driving stated that ‘you are lucky’ as the shuttle needs to be booked apparently. - and we were not on the list. This was not flagged to us when speaking with the front desk and notifying them we required the shuttle. Lastly the menu at the restaurant is very limited and expensive in comparison for quality.
